question about the transition to NBME only from UW in the final days! 1. when before exam should one stop looking at UW and only look at NBMEs? 2. what is/are the most HY NBMEs to look at last?
@ActionPotentialMentoring
@ActionPotentialMentoring 12 дней назад
The newer NBME (12-14) are super high yield You should focus on NBME over UWorld in the last 2 weeks at a minimum For Some students it takes more time to get to the same level of readiness so they require an extra week or two Time permitting, of course, nbme 6-14 are all crazy high yield but the older ones are more likely to have inaccuracies or less commonly tested topics nowadays as the question writers change every few years

Omg I watched this video this morning then hit uworld (about to take step 2), and just got a question right cuz of you! Spoiler alert for anyone doing questions (and without violating Uw rules lol)… a guy was in hospital for bacterial endocarditis, few days into his stay he had epigastric pain, plus symptoms that can take you in so many directions… opioid withdrawal, alcohol withdrawal, pancreatitis, etc. They all sounded pretty good, but then I saw mesenteric ischemia and BAM!!
