Wow I've been there and had the pleasure of havin a cigar outside the store with some locals. Great spot foa cigar. FyI there is a great bbq joint near by too
I gave you a thumbs down because of the low volume of the persons speaking and the backround music somewhat drowns out the conversation. no disrespect intended but if you are going to make videos use a handheld or wireless mic...
Thanks to Clark for coming down. Cool guy and was fun to film around the shop for a bit. Also something to note, while smoke times depending on size does vary from person to person, the times quoted are an average. Some smoke slower, some smoke faster. Most dont take longer than 45 on a robusto, but thats fine if you do. Also dependant on how tightly rolled the cigar is.
Yo no way! This is my go to Cigar shop in Orange County. The guy helping you out is named Carter. Thanks to him, I was able to find my absolute favorite cigar, which was the Tatuaje Escaso.
Carter is a great guy. I've been smoking cigars for a long time and he always manages to find something new for me to try in the profiles I like. It's always great to meet a knowledgeable tobacconist.
Robusto is 50 mins to 1 hour and Toro is 1 hr 20 to 1hr and a half. Youre not smoking a robusto in 30 minutes unless you’re a chimney that doesnt need to breathe in between cigar puffs. Half coronas are 30 minutes. Im a fast smoker and i still dont finish robustos in half an hour 😂
would like to try them lighter sweeter cigars, they seem to be hard to get in Australia i have smoked alot more full really strong never really had anything that someone has called sweet before would love to try them
You know I personally don’t smoke anything, I have several friends, in a bourbon and scotch tasting club, who are avid cigar smokers. When tasting, two of them will sometimes be smoking one of their cigars. They have attempted to have me become a cigar smoker. I tell them there was a very famous radio personality who I listened to for many many years. He was an avid cigars smoker and talked about it as he smoked one every day, during his program. His name is Mr. Rush Limbaugh and unfortunately, he died of lung cancer. So I tell them no thanks, and I rest my story.
@@Sid_Okaymost cigar smokers do it casually, not daily. Cigars arent cigarettes. Also not inhaling vs inhaling actually makes 99% of the difference. A person who smokes cigars can stop smoking for months or years on end. Theres no nicotine rush into the bloodstream with cigars (2-3 puffs per minute - never goes past mouth). Cigars arent as addictive and contain no extra chemicals (unlike cigarettes). With cigarettes you gets a high from the nicotine jumping through your lungs into your bloodstream, over and over again. Its like cocaine to a small degree. Thats why you see people who cant quit. The danger with cigars is: smoking 1-2 cigars per day every day for decades + inhaling that smoke into your lungs (through sheer stupidity). People who smoke cigars do it to relax on weekends, vacations or for events. Theyre also very expensive and not many can afford to “smoke” $50-100 per day. Casually trying a cigar doesnt do anything to you, just like having a glass of wine cant turn a person into an alcoholic, but its best that you listen to yourself and do as you please.
