It's heartbreaking to see real estate content focused on sales during a time when so many are suffering due to Hurricane Helene. People are losing their homes, their lives are at risk, and communities are in crisis. Now is the time for empathy, support, and action to help those affected. Let's come together to assist those in need and rebuild with compassion.
@@vomedia2289 couldnt agree more that everyone needs compassion and my family has been doing what we can to help families locally. On the other hand my channel is real estate focused and many people rely on my channel to learn about where they will live. Many that do not know the areas and are purchasing a home. Because i post videos about Tampa, where to live etc… does not mean I don’t have compassion.
I built a beautiful house in Fishhawk and it is a wonderful community for a young family. Now that I'm old and we downsized but can't say enough about a community such as the one your showing.
I was told Cordoba Ranch, Lutz, was All Natural Gas then spoke to some residents and found out it was not Natural gas, they were LP gas and had to install their own LP tanks. Please double check this fact for us.
Not sure who advised you on that. Lutz etc do have natural gas (i had it when i lived in Cheval), but it changes neighborhood to neighborhood. That being said, i did confirm that Two Rivers does have natural gas available with pulte homes. Shoot us an email if you need help finding neighborhoods with Natural Gas. Info@themorejongroup.com
@@jaymartinez311 i havent had anyone reach out to me with damage. Most of Tampa was fine with very minimal damage. The coastal areas beaches, bay, river is what got a lot of damage from storm surge and rising waters.
@@derekspalding3091 very true, but there are people that make that income which is why i include it. Fyi you can actually find townhomes/condos for much less if the location was more important to you.
@@TampaFloridaLiving well aware of apartments for sale. Better neighborhoods in westly chapel, apollo beach, Riverview, and other Tampa 'burbs. You get way more bang for your buck in terms of livable space and property size. And public schools tend to be better in the 'burbs. less gang activity.
Tampa is evolving like any other place for better and worse. Most people don't like change, but change brings oppertunity Those who say we're full hate the increasing traffic and in rual areas the improchment of new developments. For the poor and elderly who live off welfare, this area nolonger bein cheap for them is an issue. Over all I'd say most changes, especially in the downtowns are great!
We’re relocating to Tampa mid November. Plan on renting for a year or so before buying anything. Excited about experiencing the great quality of life lol
@@Smackalakin sounds great! Once you are settled and ready to explore the different areas to potentially purchase reach out to my team as we would love to help
“Job opportunities” 😂😂😂 that made me chuckle there are barely any jobs here dude what planet do you live on. Or are you quoting the vast amount of ghost jobs on indeed
Born and raised here since 1975 and i am so excited to be one of the few originals (in my generation) from here and can truly appreciate what it was to what it is now and what is to come.
@@prestonwalden6869 cheers to you!!! Im in the same boat… born and raised a few generations and i can appreciate the old and the new! Thanks for sharing!
@@WadeTomaszewski land o lakes might be perfect for you then bc its slower paced and you can always drive 20 min or so to wesley chapel for the shopping etc. lutz offers the same as well as north of wesley chapel in san antonio. Reach out to my team anytime and we’re happy to talk to the different areas and locate the best neighborhood for you and your family email us at info@themorejongroup.com.
Hey Adam, my wife and I just moved to the area and she’s also gluten free. What restaurants has your wife enjoyed going to that had a good selection of gf options?
Hello, How about kids athletics leagues ? Travel teams and others athletics complexes for kids if there are any ? I think These things have been left out in the previous and this video ? Is important when considering moving to Tampa and have athletics kids already in leagues. Thank you for the videos
I'd love e to move to Tampa area as our kids live in Lando lakes, but us being on fixed income, very difficult, we looked at many properties and those hoa fees are insane
I agree. I am from a colder climate and I would love to move to the warmer weather of Tampa but then we wouldn't have any cash left to spend on anything else, lol.
Do you know why some new construction homes’ kitchen and bathroom cabinets do not have pulls/handles? I find it so weird and inconvenient, and almost a dealbreaker when looking for a new home. I know you can probably have them installed later on, but it’s just not something you want to deal with when buying a new home.
