Tbh i feel like this guns better at sniping than the other two rifles lol. But do agree after using smg so much it really feels like there is no skill to it lol.
I'm trying the fusil and its damage is not even 1/4 of yours. I see that you can even oneshot bulwarks with all the shield up, but I can't, never. They actually take no damage from my shots, as well as any other class because people keep moving and even trying to anticipate them is ineffective. Your blasts charge even faster than mine! Idk how things work in your side of the Warp brother, but in my sector of the galaxy this weapon actually sucks, it does no more damage than the other rifle, it's just slower and more likely to reveal your position. No wonder I never see anyone use it!
Well from a pure dps aspect it's not something insane (normal bolt sniper probably beats it + it's more reliable and versatile), but you can one shot people if you track or predict their heads which makes it a viable choice although hard to pull off. Regarding the charge shots I am not doing anything special but you can pre-charge your shots when hip fire or spam mini charging the weapon so when you need it you can shoot faster.
@@p0ffjr Thanks for the pre-charge tips! As for the headshots though, it doesnt work for me. Even when I aim precisely at the head, the damage is very low, it would take me at least 3 shots. 🤔
There honestly should be some kinda limits to the gun (or maybe a switch the the beam its supposed to be in lore). I played a game where the entire enemy team had one and we lost- hard.
I'm wondering how everyone has there mouse movements so smooth,I got a wireless mouse but it seems like it lags or jitters when I look at any angle,great vid love this class

Bolters are basically hitscan up to medium range so they are more reliabe vs moving targets while rewarding better aim. Plasma is good for close quarter fighting and stationary targets but suck vs dodging and require prediction/luck to land shots. Edit: Plasma can also surprise unaware people with charged attack + lights and before they realise it they are dead.
Does anyone first time play that level start to said "why does this place look so familiar?" Or "No... It can't be...!" Just wish they mix up the enemies. Or show the ancient enemies more or even get it to be a three sided battle between the marine, the cyborgs and the quake monsters.
Melee and block default binds (Mouse 2 and C), Zoom is on Space, Dodge on Shift and Sprint on Ctrl. Aim is never on toggle in any game, it's always hold. In case you need mouse settings too: Sensitivity 6 and 1000 dpi.
I was wondering what the Chaos ver of the Plasma Incinerator looked like - its a small detail but Im sad they dont have the cable going from the gun to the backpack like the Loyalist do.
the way you edit that you wont show end results in scoreboard...you might have 0.5 K:D for what I know. but it seems pretty hilarious that you can just aim enemy's feet and splash aoe just deletes them.
Zoom in and out of your scoped view while aiming but at the same same time keep shooting you'll increase rate of fire for faster ttk due to the scoped view has its own reset on tge fire rate
I didn't know this exists which it shouldn't honestly, feels like a glitch and should be removed so I rather not use it. Reminds me of dumb mechanics like in darktide where you could abuse reload times with bolter and plasma by holstering your weapon or something.
If you ask me the power pack should also count as a headshot because it powers the armor and would cause the marine wearing it to become nearly immobilized.
I agree it’s so dumb. Flying hammer is a worse stun because they can fly up again and kill you instantly. The grapple nerf is bad I die to melee now after grapple
@@double_joseph327 Yup, they should incentivize the charge so it leaves more inherent vulnerability. It's too powerful to let them be able to spam like that....
