One of these 750s came with my Austrack Tele X. I agree with some of the comments: Yes its better than some other Jockey Wheels out there. That being said, this video, looks like it would be the lightest drawbar ever. There's no way that would handle the same with my camper.... would bend instantly. Jockey wheels are really designed to just to assist in getting it to your tow hitch up and down. Id never try moving anything with significant weight on any Jockey Wheel.
Perfect sized jack, great that it can be retrofitted with the standard mount and easy watching video explaining how to use the equipment and it benefits. Even if it sounds simple, its still great for the company, in this case ARK, to spend the time showing the full install and use of their product so i can see it in use and know that it will fit my trailer perfectly. I’m in the process of fitting mine today. As per the fitting instructions, i have taken the spring out and fitting the roller to the rear cross member which is probably a little lower than most trailers I have seen. So when the roller is tilted up to contact the hull, only the tip of the roller makes contact because of the angle, I have adjusted the sliding u bolt bracket up as high as it will go. Is this ok for operation or will it damage my hull?
The gears and pins have been designed for use with an impact driver or rattle gun, we always recommend using the lowest torque setting and jack up each corner in 50mm (2") increments, doing so will jack the trailer up evenly

I got many years use out my my arkpak, until the last year or so. I’d have my solar panels connected and charging my battery. It would work fine most of the time then random the display would go blank and I’d have no idea how much capsized had remaining or if the battery was even charging. The it started to take longer and longer to connect and charge via AC-DC. I eventually I had enough of the gremlins and decided to upgrade my box seen as it’s the best box on the market. Just not the brains. I ripped the brains out of it and replaced ced it with a Renogy LCD battery monitor, swapped the old cigarette sockets out and replace with a couple fast charging QC 3.0 usb chargers. I also upgraded the battery to a 135ah lithium which gave me heaps more space to mount a couple flush mount Anderson plugs. Now I have Velcro’d a victron 75/15 mppt smart controller onto the top, that fits next to the battery when not in use and also ran the victron ip65 smart charger into the old ad-dc port. The excess plug for the victron charger it’s nearly into the handle when not in use either. The bonus is it’s still as compact and doesn’t look like a Christmas tree with used but hanging off everywhere when not in use. The best battery box made 100% better!
What everyone in these reviews fails to tell people, is that when in silent mode/LCD screen off, the unit won't charge via the cigarette port. I only found this out through trial and error!
I just bought this for the company trailer. Where am I supposed to store the handle? I cant put it in the work ute because other people use the trailer.
Brought this brand new less than six months ago. It cant even handle a caravan that is a single axle 13ft with well under half of the claimed 500kg weight limit. It bends and so much at even the low height and now it wont slide up and down due to the box warping out of shape. Haven't even towed it with the jockey wheel down as this is a poor quality product. Stay well away from this product/company as the do not care. Once they have your money you wont hear from them.
@@Senkino5o Yes, I have the xo series but the 500kg which buckles under the pressure of 170kg towball weight standing still. It has never been dragged or moved any where with this jockey wheel just used to go up and down off tow bar.

I have a Quintrex 4.2 wide body dory. Unfortunately the rollers kept getting caught on the ribs of the boat. I just cant get them to work and have removed them. Has anyone else had the same issues?
Yeah mate, my rollers keep flipping the wrong way, boat doesn't like up properly on retrieval, lack of rollers at the front. Looking at getting some ezi guides to assist, it turns me off boating tbh.
Yeah same. Doesn’t work on hulls with strakes or raised channels extending all the way to the transom as the rollers get caught on them and are not able to flatten onto the hull.

I took mine off, the outside roller wore out in about 4 months and fell off in the water, the pin left gouged my Hull getting the boat up without it, would be better if it was just one long roller without the 2 little ones.
Thanks for the feedback, unfortunately it can’t just be one long roller as there would be an exposed bracket on one end which will come in contact with the hull. If you need replacement top rollers, please get in contact with Ark directly sales@arkcorporation.com and our staff can assist
I had the same issue with the top roller falling off. I had the end corner of the metal shaft in direct contact with the hull and cost me with repairs. I had to angle grind the end of the metal shaft off to avoid further damage. Needless to say I have trashed the system.
Charging from the Anderson Plug bypasses the built in DC charger of these units and charges the battery directly. So if you have an external DC-DC charger, then yes you can charge the battery this way
What a load of rubbish all the positive post obviously come from manufacturers mates! if you can line smack centre you just drive up onto the trailer what a load of bullshit!!!!!!!!
