Thanks for letting me know how to access the dlc characters in story mode! It also doesn't matter that your save file got deleted for that, because you actually can't recruit them in a normal game, which is weird and annoying
When at a sheika slate you can swap costumes all characters have at least 2 and sometimes 3 and they are for if 2 people play as one character (though you can still pick the same outfit)
or you could just do what I did, get the physical addition, and you get all of the DLC included on it. I didn’t know that’s how it worked, until I asked in the comments section of a separate video, and someone said exactly what I just said. So yeah… Just do yourself a favor and get the physical edition.
Great review. I beat the 1st 2 bosses on regular. Didn't think I'd get that far so fast but they teach u the patterns. I would've loved to have this when RE came out. Might have leveled my gaming
Idk if I‘m just weird of something, but to be honest I really enjoyed the battle system and the only times when I skipped enenmys where when I was revisiting an area I‘ve already been to.
wow nice job on the review and i can see why the older fans are upset but i have to say this things Change over time and tbh i greatly prefer the newer games having all those original characters made it feel not like mario at all if i’m giving my opinion so having generic characters and just some original characters makes it feel more mario themed i loved origomi king for what it was not what it could have been it was a great experience if you don’t expect it to be Exactly like ttyd and tbh ttyd is greatly overrated in my opinion and is one of the worst games in the seories and origomi king is one of the best the battle system was one of the best in the seories even without exp as a person who Hates grinding in general it was way better to not have exp at all so it’s pretty great anyways amazing video keep up the good work my friend
Good review! I got this on xbox but sadly three quarters of the game remains untouched cos it's too difficult! I even had to get my 13 yr old son to beat some of it, lol. Also easy mode only takes you so far. You still have to beat the end boss on regular. Why did they do it that way?!
When you mentioned the easy mode for this game that's what Furi did something alittle similar if you play it on the easy mode you can't unlock trophies or achievements

Have you guys ever concidered doing something like Hollow knight? Im not sure why, but i get heavy hollow knight vibes from this aswell, and feel like it may be down your ally, difficulty and all! On the other hand, im stoked to hear theyve released it on ps4. This will deffinitly be an upcoming purchase. Great review guys :)
I tried Hollow Knight for a few minutes but I couldn't seem to figure out where I needed to go. I probably just need to put more time into it, maybe I'll give it another go since Silk Song is coming out!
@@gameboisadvance8439 i was in the exact same boat. I promise you, once you find the first map in hollow knight (which you do have to hunt for) the game picks up sevearly. Map is expansive as ive ever seen in a 2d platformer. I would love to see you make some content on it, or content similar! :) thanks for the quick reply too!!

When you play as Frederick, shops normally manned by him are empty. Now, you can place items and sell them for rupees and will be manned by a robo-Frederick. Frederick also loses 1 rupee for a set number of steps while there are monsters in the screen. There's probably an achievement for getting 9999k rupees if i had to take a guess

I hear everyone talking about experience points being something this game needs but from what I’ve seen, traditional experience points will nor be necessary in this format. What would they really do that would be meaningful?

Its like classic Paper Mario, other than the setting. At first I thought the bug theme wouldnt be as fun, but it actually becomes quite interesting, and the characters really grow on you.
I liked your review, hardly watch reviews but yours was thorough and to the point. Never played the older PM Games so this will be my first one. Losing Exp does suck but I’m going into this game as a action adventure game instead of a RPG.
