I wrote you a letter on Instagram. I’m almost 70 going to culinary school. I’m doing very well but I hate it. I absolutely hate structures military like format one instructor I called an asshole the Dean got involved. I don’t know if I want to do this anymore I will never ever work in a kitchen. I’m only doing this for myself and I’m a veteran, and it doesn’t cost me anything
I am starting culinary school in the fall because I was working in fast food my whole life and in the restaurant industry ❤ made me more and more interested in culinary arts. I am excited 🎉. I got accepted to culinary school. I plan to be a baker or cafeteria lady!!! :)
I'm 14 rn. Both my parents work a 9-5 I've heard about they work, it sounds horrible. I wanna be a cook. I don't care how many hours I work, how many times I move around I just wanna cook somewhere. I could be in a small dinner, it could be in a fancy restaurant hell if I could get a chef position. I hope I can make it one day. I will make it one day and if I don't idk what I'll do.

Me as a culinary student right now, I find that the time on my feet isn't that exhausting because I enjoy it so much. I find myself lost in it. I like being in that kitchen. That kitchen is my safe space. That kitchen is where I belong. I love the people in it. I love spending my time there having opportunities no one else gets in school. I get to do what I want and how I want and that's why I like it. It's so fun to me. And it makes me the happiest person in the world.
When she said nuclear warfare I thought of now. Oh when we didn't have to worry about shit except what we got for school and video games, I mean we still do but also other stuff
you are so good at volleyball!!!! love that you go for the ball ( the floor IS your friend!!) but a tip is to make sure you don’t run with your platform it slows you down and if you don’t run with your platform it will be easier to get under the ball and not having to dive on the floor
I want to become a chef and I have been cooking myself and for my family a lot. How would I go about expanding my knowledge of cooking? Are there any good cook books you'd recommend for cooking fundamentals?
