Deep autumn is a neutral-warm, not neutral-cool. All autumn seasons are on the wamer side, even if neutral. Neutral-cool would be probably summer or winter. You may be soft autumn if your skintone is neutral-warm. Look at Gigi Hadid, Hailey Bieber, Justin Bieber - they're all soft autumns. Deep autumn is for example Zendaya. People have already given you some great tips for the herbs, so I’m here to share a bit about the pepper. Peppers tend to need more sun than herbs so I’d put it in a spot where it’ll got lots of sunlight, west facing if possible!
If it goes below 10° C at night then it can kill plants like basil that come from warm climates. Next year put plants like that in separate pots so you can bring them inside at night if it gets colder. Also, these same sorts of plants need full sun; it looks like the planter is in the shade (?) so maybe move it into a spot that's sunny all day long
