Hi Tony, Bought one from you at the Brisbane Van Show yesterday. My hubby was the hard sell to convince! We are going to use it today to calibrate with our van. Going to Kilkivan next Wed - can't wait to use it and show the other Lotus owners! Thanks for your patience yesterday. All the best - t looks a fabulous product! Cheers, Sally (dark haired lady that asked all the questions!!)
Beware company , Reich , if you have a problem your customer service DOES NOT EXIST. Best choice ce move , there are serious companies that manufacture higher quality products and customer service.
This is a good instruction video, but it leaves me with one unanswered question. You say, "Once you have identified the number of chain links required...." How do you determine the number of chain links required?
Swaying is the left to right movement of a tow vehicle that can be exacerbated by wind, speed, passing trucks and an unevenly loaded RV.This product helps by evenly distributing weight throughout the chassis of the front vehicle and tow vehicle to minimise the chance of "swaying". To eliminate swaying totally you would need to also add a "sway control" attachment, it limits left to right movement. Each persons "set-up" is unique, but a WDH is a great general solution for most people
@DanielKE7UUM Swaying is improper tongue weight... try putting more weight towards the front of the trailer you are pulling. If you are pulling a travel trailer, load most of your clothing and such towards the front. If you are pulling a car trailer, pull the car up from it's normal carrying position an inch or 2 at a time until the swaying goes away. Hope this helps.
