Great stuff! Thanks for embedding the subtitles on the video itself - it helps a ton for displaying your videos in expo demonstrations or show rooms where audio is not an option.
What is difference between using 1 vs 3 grounding rods? what length fence/line or power/animals does it make more difference? solar vs ac direct? different environments?
Greetings, what kind of energizers are more effective to discourage criminals? Low impedance energizers or high impedance energizers? 100us pulse length makes me think might not be as effective as longer pulse lengths to discourage criminals for the same energy.
Give the signal a couple seconds delay to give the intruder a sense of "safety" then BANG better chance he gets tangled up and stuck in the wires while getting shocked.
Good, I'm from Africa, Yvory Coast, I'm working on an electronic security system and I installing a fence, cameras and other access control system .But I like your energizer central. So how can work with you?
Hoe would you get power to the fence without an energizer? Please do no connect it directly to a wall plug that will be a killer fence. The energizer regulates the power it makes it safe and also only in intervals so you cannot get trapped on a fence and die.
As a novice homesteader, I've spent a couple years trying to figure out how to do an ag fence properly. I have some electrical knowledge, but I didn't know if it applied to electric fencing the same. This video is quite literally the exact thing I've been looking for for several years now. Thank you so much!
Alright so if I ground an energizer to the vehicles frame, and someone was laying on the ground with a power tool, trying to cut away my catalytic converter, would that cause the tool to break or harm/kill the thief? Looking for creative solutions
Great video, I have a mb16 that I installed yesterday. When running the unit with no load it was showing around 8kv and 16 joules. When loaded to all my fencing on a 17 acres property. About 9 padddocks. The kv stayed about the same but stored joules (as viewed in the app) now shows 10j. Is that normal? Thanks and great products.
So my dog climbs and jumps my privacy wood fence (6ft high) so I put my live wire at the very top , my dog unfortunately still climbed and got out even tho he touched the live wires , so do I need to add a neutral wire at the top as well to complete the circuit?
Thank you for the video. Is there a way to reduce the voltage in steps by adding variable resistors? For example if I want to get a range from 1kV to 7kV with 1kV intervals (i.e 1kV, 2kV,..., 6kV, 7kV), how much resistance load will I need? What should be the power rating of those resistors?
