To stop a phone scammer, cover your phone with a sauce pan or cooking pot and repeatedly smack smack it with a big spoon. Pass this on to everyone you know. Nice to see police having fun taking on scammers and wasting their time at their expense. High-fives officer J. Also that scammer is a 5:54 beep. Also Constable Jason Maschke, I like you as a friend even tho we never met.
Love it We once got a scammer call gave the phone to our then 2.5 yr old non verbal autistic child for them talk to went back 20 minutes later they were still babbling on about something to him so I handed the phone back to our son and went back to cooking dinner they eventually realised
I got the same call from these guys claiming that my SIN was linked to drug crimes. How that's even possible, I have no idea. These guys are dumb as shit lol
What get me is no one ever says the Police/CRA/Service Canada don't call to say they are coming to arrest you! Because you won't be home if it was true. Plus there no such thing as debtor prison in Canada, so you would get arrested even if you did have a debt.
I've got a call from those scammers, on my private number home phone and mobile for my computer or i owe money to taxation, yeah right not, when the scammers call i just hung up on them

I understand this call was done over a year ago but at the end of the call that you were on were they being taken down by authorities from where ever this person was and if so were you aware it was gonna happen? the reason I'm asking is my father was taken advantage of by a similar scam before he passed away.
I chuckled when he said his badge number was 417. You might recall the LAPD issued a badge to the production company behind Dragnet ..... wasn't it #714
I’m from Tchad Africa and I don’t know anything about this stuff and today I was in the bus while I’m going to work I received a call from a scammer who claimed that he worked on SERVICE CANADA And he said that my name involved in a criminals activity’s and laundering money... I was so scared and crying... And he knows everything about me where I live how money I’ve in my bank account... And he said you’ve to send us all ur money in ur account and we’ll come see you tomorrow... long story short... I end up did he wanted me to do Til I found a lady in the store he told me go in send him the money... I gave that nice lady a 50$ for that She really saved my life.... by the way the scammer was an Indian....
