Could you make a video of you installing it on a modular? I would like to see where you place the fairy lights in the building(s) as it's kind of hard to see in this video
Not bad, but it would have been way more helpful if you had shown us the lights by themselves. Then maybe a brief demonstration of how to set them up, and how you might go about installing them in a Lego building.

I would say that if you are into modulars and buildings, it is a great build! I never recommend buying sets if you don't want it. I say if you have the money and it fits your wants, go ahead and grab it!
@@legobuildert909 Are modulars your favorite type of Legos? I think Corner Garage and Assembly Square are retiring this year. I know they are more expensive than $150, but may be good to grab them while they are available? There are also other nice sets for $150 that you can get as well!
I actually repurposed the repulsor/laser pieces you get with typical iron man sets. you can use couple blue translucent cone pieces too and get that effect! (No illegal lego techniques) and a great way to use those extras! Glad you liked it!
Having both the Avengers tower and the Daily Bugle as skyscrapers in that corner, as you said in a skyscraper area, would be a good idea I think. Right now it feels a bit unbalanced by having a skyscraper (Avengers tower and Daily Bugle) next to a ‘flat’ scene (Avengers compound and the garden). You could add a wall yourself to the garden by duplicating the opposite side and place it in the ‘old downtown’ area as you called it.
This is a fantastic observation and recommendation! I am definitely playing around with it!! Maybe when the next modular comes out, it might be a great one to add to!

I started my city with the new road plates and all my modulars etc. on 32 x 32 mils plates so I can move them easily and run lighting wires inside the mils plates. I was able to make that dirt cheap though by local purchasing about 7000 various non lego bricks at about 2 cents per brick to go under the actual lego plates and I bought base plates for the bottom of the mils from Amazon, LVHero, qty: 6 32 x32 base plates for less than $15.
I've never seen the show but I love the set all the creative ways things were built like the balcony curtains. Till the next video have a lovely day with this lovely lego set😁

Hey! I use the IKEA Linnmon Large Table. Unfortunately, they just discontinued the longer tables. Those tables can fit 6 baseplates wide and 3 baseplates deep, and the table was about 0.5" short on either side. But seems like they only sell the shorter tables now :( I will definitely see if I can find a different option.
@@invinciblealien9492 the Linnmon table comes in 39 3/8” x 23 5/8 inches I assume if you put two together you would get about 40” x 48”. Since each baseplate is 10” x 10” you could space them out a tiny bit and get close! www.ikea.com/us/en/p/linnmon-tabletop-black-brown-00251338/
small idea if you turn your greenery, you can have the back exit link up with the chinese garden so minifigs can walk in and out the garden via the greenery... but overall really great city!!
The street lights are super cheap and available on Aliexpress and similar sites, 10 Pack was about £6 delivered from china to the UK (delivery about 2 weeks)
Maybe rotate the ghostbuster's firehouse/ assembly square so the firehouse door is facing the left bordering on the street. Behind the firehouse place the sanctum Sanctorum (Dr. Strange's place) facing the downtown diner. Have Assembly square facing front and put that lego store on the side of the assembly square facing the same way as Dr. Strange's place. Across the street from the firehouse have the spring lantern festival (in that far corner) and move the street so it makes a corner out side the spring lantern festival. Have your residential area starting across that street. The city looks really good.
This is a great suggestion! The only thing I struggle with is that the Assembly square is going to have an exposed side. But I love this suggestion! I am going to try it and see how I like it! I will definitely give you a shoutout on my next video!
