My 1st jazz guitar in 1964 was an early 50's L7C with a McCarty purchased from old Stutzman in his basement. Since then I've owned all the big Gibsons, Guilds, Eastmans, Heritages, etc. I have an album of it and to this day, it was the greatest sounding jazz guitar I ever owned but was too young to realize it.
