Been quite a while since I’ve played this project. I remember not liking much of it tbh. Only enjoyed ironically the Ribbiks maps. But this map had nice music. But Dannes actual maps were below average in my eyes
To be honest, I spent an hour on this level trying to pass this level. If you hadn't told me how to pass this level, but I meant the video, then I would have done everything. I would never have played this game. Well, thank you for showing me how to win. Well done.
@Fire_trail_snail Dodging trigger spawns. Was going for them at first (E1L1 and a couple others) but I figure as long as the kills read 100%, it's not necessary to go for them too.
@@Daedalus89 yeah they are, for example you have to get the three troopers at the end of movie set by triggering the explosion then running backwards so that you can enter the secret level after.
@@Fire_trail_snail Just peeked at the Wiki and Max% requires it, lol. How do you track that on EDuke32 even, it's kill counter breaks whenever slimers or eggs (and I think some other things) are involved, unless you gotta do it by memory?
@@Fire_trail_snail Woot, was I not fast enough? 😂 Or do you mean a diff category? I usually prefer the max runs, didn't care much for others unless it's Doom and even then it's rare.
@@Daedalus89 oh no! I meant it's not on the leaderboard from what I could tell so I just wondered if you ever put runs up. I've done some max% myself and I have to say I actually do like them quite a lot. I'd love to go over routes with you if you ever want to!
@@Fire_trail_snail Oh, I know I was just messing, lol. I didn't even think of submitting stuff honestly, I don't even do it on Doom either. It's more of side thing for RU-vid to blow some free time and or cure boredom.
There is no adrenaline in this unit, they forgot'em on Ruined Earth 🤣 Despite that, this is a lot easier than other units, even if they let the player chose the order, is clear that this unit is supposed to be the last one so... in Dimension of the Past, Machinegames did the same, the last Episode is easy, is like they give a break to the player before the final boss 😆
I hate when the difficulty falls on "less firepower vs tanky enemies" That amount of mutants without even having a backpack? The gatling is good with full ammo, at least put more boxes or give the player an hyperblaster idk or just stop spawning goddamn mutants christ xD

Right click on the SDL link in description. > Copy link address. > Paste and go in the address bar and the download will start. Chrome, and possibly other browsers are false flagging it as unsafe.
The "missing" secret is @2:44, you cannot get into the space to trigger it but I believe Classic Redux fixes this issue by making the wall trigger the count on opening it.
I've played DN3D a lot and this is the first time I'm seeing this level. Well, most of my playthroughs were in early 2000's when i had no internet, so... ^_^
Was always a deathmatch map before 20th Anniversary Edition though you could still access it with cheats, only it had no exit then. They made it an official secret in AE and you can legitimately access it in E1L5. It's a really goofy map though, lol.
They are challenging but I would say no, at least so far (up to e2m8 but uploads are scheduled, I do not remember anything from episode 3). Base game has quite a few levels that are extremely rough especially on EC, Death Wish also has it's moments but they are more fairly balanced. Outside of the nostalgia factor of base game maps, I find Death Wish to be more fun.
With nuke held (not prepped) hold fire and spam altfire. Can't do it too fast otherwise you just get the prefire frames and no missile, the timing is pretty relaxed though.
Odd, I played this map just now and it said this level has 6 secrets. I found ever secret listed on the level's page on Blood wiki, but only had 5 out of 6 (not including the super secret, which I also found)
It says it on HUD level stat tracking? Assuming you're not using Fresh Supply that is, cause it doesn't have this feature. Or does it claim you found 6 on endscreen? If the former I have no idea what's up with that but if it was the end statistics, I've noticed sometimes in Blood you can trigger a single secret to count multiple times.
There used to be stoney in the earlier versions of this map but can't recall what else was nerfed over the time in DW just to make the maps look/pace better.
No clue. I only played 1.6 a few years back in co-op with Pegg on Fresh Supply, outside of the jank in FS I remember nothing from them. We didn't even play the entire set, just a select few maps. So far, nothing overly difficult outside of one maybe two rough starts with Pitchfork start, and I'm up to e2m3.
