Let's not talk about the lanes. Let's talk about common sense. Biker can clearly see the car just got out of the truck and is clearly going somewhere. Also, he had such a long time to brake, but he's apparently r-worded. Had to censor some words, because YT are a bunch of, you know what.
Yeah, this car driver is kinda reckless. However, that moped is supposed to be on the road and not on the bicycle lane let alone the sidewalk. If the moped wasn't speeding he would have plenty of time to either full stop or pass on the left side like he's supposed to.
Motorcycle fault 100%, if someone said the car fault on the bike lane, you are 100% wrong. You don't have to yell that you want to park in your own house!! You should be the one who becareful when you are at "not your place, not your people"!!
At the beginning, I thought the problem could be the handbrake or a mistake from the truckdriver but finally, an accident with a bike. I guess the owner of this brand new car will be really angry and disappointed 😅
