You need to enter the host name of your email service provider. You can type in the same host name as in the video only if you choose ICDSoft as your email service provider.
The Outlook app supports email accounts from Microsoft (Office 365, Outlook, Exchange), Other providers (Yahoo! Email, iCloud, Google), or IMAP. Our instructions are valid for an IMAP account. If you do not see an option to edit the log-in information, then your email account was not configured using IMAP.
Most email providers check whether a domain sending a message to their servers authenticates with either SPF or DKIM. Some providers assign more spam points to domains that have neither type of record, while others (like Gmail) directly reject messages coming from unauthenticated domains. In any case, it is strongly recommended that you set up email authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) for your domain in order to make sure that your messages have the best chance to be delivered successfully to their intended recipients.
Did something change because it won’t allow you to do that anymore. I upgrade to a new iPhone and had to reload outlook and it just won’t work any more😢
After you tap the circle icon in the top left corner, and then the gear icon in the bottom left corner, the Settings screen appears. In the newest version of the Outlook mobile app for iOS, the settings have been simplified and reorganized, so you should find "Signature" under "Quick Settings" on the Settings screen. This is the second item from the top. Please bear in mind that this video shows how to edit the signature on an IMAP account. The settings may differ for Exchange, Microsoft 365, Outlook.com, iCloud, Yahoo! Email, etc. If you are a customer of ICDSoft, the signature setting will definitely be there. If you are using the email service of another provider, you may wish to seek the assistance of their support team.
Incoming and outgoing mail servers are essentially two different types of services. You could have a mailbox setup where you use one server to receive your messages, and at the same time use another server to send your messages. This may be considered a non-standard setup, as in most cases the incoming and outgoing mail server settings are the same, but it is still possible to use different servers for receiving and sending messages, which is why mail programs may ask users to enter their credentials for the incoming and outgoing mail server separately.

You need to upload the installer.php file and the archive file created by Duplicator to a web-accessible location on your hosting account. The template does not work on ICDSoft WordPress hosting. I submitted a ticket to Suresupport (TICKET #1120143) seeking help. However, they replied that they are unable to provide information to resolve the template installation problem.
I'm so confused I'm been sending some emails to a bcc list of friends of around 27 people and have had no problems and suddenly today they all bounced back with those messages. This is a mess! I don't really know how to resolve this since it's the same bcc list and people I personally know etc.

If you are an ICDSoft customer, log in to your hosting Control Panel and check the hostname in the left pane > "Server name" section. Once you have the hostname, you need to add mail. in front of it when configuring your Mail app. You can also submit a support ticket and our support team will get back to you within a few minutes.
