1.-they are illegal (you can't copyright species) 2.-they kill creativity 3.-a person can come with a similar idea by casualty without having a pre knowledge of the existing closed species because there aren't infinite ideas or concepts and some of them will get similar. Then you can't force to delete their f character because it's illegal

Okay, because I am absolutely not much of a Sonic fan. This just is something that fell under my radar outside of a handful of a few games I played (one or two classics to shadow the hedgehog) and the one anime from the early 2000's. I have no substance clues. I got to know kinda who Surge is through a friend.. But that leaves this AU. Can I ask for some context clues? Its gotten me curious.
yeah! it's one of those au's where its like...basically i changed and added things as i pleased LOL. it's based in the archie sonic universe with some modern elements as well, like i said basically whatever i wanted to do i did lol. but it's like. scourge gets betrayed by his crew and ends up being taken care of by amy and shenanigans happen. kind of like a reformation story i guess! you can read the comic linked in the description to see it firsthand ^^
*scourge Surge is from the new comics and a girl, this is from Archie comics. He's basically anti Sonic (evil Sonic and I mean EVIL) from an alternative dimension. At 0:51 from left to right there are anti Sally, anti Tails and anti Antoine
