I made this arrangement of Farewell to Tarwathie using a pentatonic scale patern as an introduction, in the middle and at the end. This run is played in the sweet section (dolce), towards the middle of the string. As a contrast, the theme is played the 2nd time near the bridge (ponti), giving a distant and metallic voice.
Deweylin harp in my book. On to the Zitho-harp next. Just want to hear them, look interesting from my Sears catalog of 1902. *edit. Just noticed the keyboard yours didn't have, oh well.
Outstanding playing. I have a long way to go to match this. I love restoring old instruments. Many seem to sound better than new ones. Thank you so much,
This is so beautiful. How you play it is so ethereal as well, it's difficult to explain. The instrument has such a beautiful sound and you play it so skilfully as well.
