Your time of use explanation is wrong, On time of use screen the batt% you enter there is when it will stop charging! not start, the charge start % is setup on the battery settings page, so if you setup on the battery settings page 30% and you chose time of use 01:00 - 5:00 65% charge the battery with grid to 65% and stop charging it.

Well, if solar panels are connected correctly, it will not generate fire in anyway. If u connect ur panels in parallel, you constantly increase the current as u add more panels. In such situation, to keep the whole system safe, you need breakers in between each panels. This is because if one of the panels go bad while working, the good ones will send more current to the bad one making it heat up and can even cos fire, though may not be enough to set a whole building on fire. Breakers help stop current from reaching the bad panel, thereby keeping ur system safe. That's why I prefer installing panels in series and not parallel.
Hi sir I have same inverter exactly, my inverter has tripping issue. In night when only on grid and battery, it suddenly stop grid, no error code just show off grid, then reconnect automatically, it happens continuously, I have checked my grid voltage and frequency are good and in range. What can be the issue?
2:40 So what exactly does that 30% mean for the grid? Does it mean that the grid will maintain a 30% minimum charge for the battery? And the solar panels will still be the ones to take the battery to 100% (outside of the System Work Mode settings)?

What is the max charge and discharge that your battery allows? Your electric kettle might be exceeding it. Get a smaller electric kettle or a large battery are the two choices that you have. Or boil only when you have pv to supplement your draw
Hello dear. My problem with my Deye 50 kW inverter. When the inverter is taking all its load from solar power and my batteries are at 100% charge, the grid consumption is displayed as 0.014 kW. However, when I measure the current on the grid cable with an ammeter, it shows a consumption of 14 amps on each line. Despite this, the inverter's screen indicates no power consumption from the grid. Can you please help me resolve this issue?⸻Let me know if you need any further adjustments or additional details included!

Care and maintenance of lead acid is not as hard as anyone lets on. This battery bank is exposed to the elements, not conditioned properly and was doomed from the onset. The new craze has its' own pitfalls - primarily the cost right out of the gate.

Sorry to bother you but I am confused in one thing If I don't click ( the ✓) for grid charge for 2 am to 5 am battery 60%. If my battery drop more than 60% st 3am what will happen? Will it use battery? Or no power for the house? @@drsolar
Ive dealt with Yohako. You're looking at an "Alaba version" 😅. In essence, someone has opened a genuine battery and replaced the cells... OR more commonly, they've taken a 10kwh battery and badged it as a 15 kwh one (with a printed sticker). Thats probably what the CEO was trying to tell you. I'd suggest you go to their warehouse, pick a random battery and test it. If I was them, I'd allow you do it to dispel the cloud

@drsolar I have quite a few Yohako products on my premises. I'd be very happy for you to come test them anytime you feel like. And yes I do agree about the reconditioned cells part. But like you said BYD (their old battery) and now EVE (their latest battery cells) are quite high quality. My suspicion is the 230aH cell was reconditioned and they now sell it as a 200aH cell to account for degradation. I'm almost certain an Alaba reseller changed the sticker and sold a 9.6kwh battery as a 14.4 kwh one. Ive just seen you now distribute Solax in Nigeria. I'll reach out this evening to discuss potentially doing some business in that direction

Hello, I have a Deye 12 kw inverter, if I disconnect the photovoltaic panels, it goes into restart, the display is off and still wants to start.... the same way in the evening when I have no voltage in the panels (it has no batteries)
Awesome, most people comment without watching the video..... especially these Alaba boys the battery will not work for the client because it is undersized (same thing you explained) It will work perfectly for anyone drawing 100A or less than 100A simple The batteries are repurposed....probably not new( though they are good byd cells) Your point was clearly articulated for those who know what they're doing
