The X and Y are references to points the x axis is horizontal and the y axis is vertical the adjust the beam span for safety reasons you can switch the horizontal beam so it is narrower and the vertical beam so it doesn't go too low into the crowd if your laser is too low down on a light bar you can also use the shutter on the front to slide slightly over the bottom of the lens to create a block point as you probably know lasers can be very damaging especially for the eyes
Nice. I am new to Avo and am actually watching your very early Avo tutorial vids. Im 45 watching a 13 (?) year old teach me around the desk! - its helping me lots though - cheers.

I'm told that I need to understand how intelligent fixtures work, understand HTP and LTP channels, and program a cue on one of the faders in order to be able to create a new colour setting for some of our lights and fade it up to the appropriate level. Based on this video, am I right that in order to do this I need to: - locate the fixtures - click on the colour programmer until I reach the RGB programmer - program in my colour - click "record" and place it in a cell in "colours" And seeing as I can't quite work out how to then get a colour to be a fader, I could just fade up one of our existing faders, then select the groups and select the colour I have just created (how I sometimes do to change to existing colours already)? Hopefully I'll learn it a bit more properly at some point, but now is not the time.
Hello! can you please help me sir I have downloaded the personality library for 2008/2010& tiger but I have some fixtures that I need that I am not seeing in the extracetd folder like "color imagination and mark manufactures" can you please help me. thank you
Hello, is it possible to create a dimmer on a fader without it forcing the lights back to white? For example, when I have an effect going on with the color blue and I want to dim the lights using a fader with the dimmer attached to it. As soon as I move the fader with the dimmer the lightd force change before fully dimming.
