Hello, welcome! I'm DED ERROR. I like cars and driving as I grew fond of a racing anime called Initial D since I was young and now making videos on it. I do know I am not the best driver but I'm always here to learn bit by bit everyday. Understanding and acknowledging your mistakes is a part of learning and hopefully not making same mistakes to grow.

drive.google.com/file/d/12afv6j8kWyALHu5xizsgh649MzmszdhI/view?usp=sharing this is a link to a perfect ryosuke fc that Tasaraja made, look him up on yt and go support him it’s sick!
Thanks for the compliment, I do wish to be able make a tutorial however I am not as great as you say since my camerawork is much rougher than most other people’s work if I’ll be honest. In this video, I used Spline function in CamTool 2. You can refer on how to use CamTool 2 here (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-_LPJKjqYnc0.html) and the Spline function with these 2 videos (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-wJFFuC_vJjI.html)(ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-RwX13oNdd2w.html). I essentially recorded in slow mo, moved the camera at a steady pace, use the mouse to rotate the camera left and right. This will create a custom camera path based on your choice.
Hahaha, this car was definitely does not represent Ryosuke’s. It’s a time attack car. Ryosuke FC3S was street tuned and does not have this much downforce.

Here’s an actual ryosuke fc, not mine was made by Tasaraja, go check him out on yt btw drive.google.com/file/d/12afv6j8kWyALHu5xizsgh649MzmszdhI/view?usp=sharing
Yeah, that engine does exist, but there is very little info on it. drivetribe.com/p/mythbusting-can-you-build-a-takumi-RaFL5NpSS4SXIYbhGOjSpA?iid=UquG_f0ATFqpEddITDGT2Q One example that this engine was placed into an AE86 was the Akira Iida’s AE86 Levin. club4ag.com/faq_and_tech_pages/IIda%20AE86%20project.htm Here are some of the videos: ru-vid.com/group/PLDGL4w361zr5TbwceRHc3t6-pN8N23ury Most notably, it was shown in this video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-mDUuAooICAU.html Unfortunately we never seen it rev to 11k rpm since “the engine is detuned to 210hp with 9000rpm before it hits a limiter, just for the sake of reliability.”. I didn’t put Group A in the video since there were speculation that the engine does exist yada-yada and I never researched it myself.
So what's the issue with this mod, did he released it somewhere where you can buy it or he is just being a little sissy because people got the mod and he wanted to keep it for himself ? If it's the second option then yeah it's really dumb, most of these guys don't even build from scratch, they use others people models and then they act like it's their precious shit lol . Now if it's the first option I get it but still there is ways to make your mod purchasable and private, you do a patreon and you put your stuff on it, now what people do with it is another story you can't control the world and technically when you buy something you own it, imo as a modder you got to understand in what you get yourself involved, you can't control shit on the net . Anywyas when I see stuff like that I'm getting completely disinterested towards the mods in question .
Ok, the way to put it is, he actually made the mods for his friends at first and placed on a website that was open to public for free to let them use it but assuming you stumbled upon it, he is fine if you downloaded it and kept it as a secret to yourself since you found it anyways but he wrote he doesn’t want to be linked in any form except his name which is JW. He also wrote that if you do copy and paste the link, it won’t publicly available anymore as it isn’t a car mod publishing platform. See, the thing is, he has received requests to make mods, and based on our conversation, he was pretty annoyed. Another thing, he doesn’t just use the website for only Assetto Corsa stuff, he uses it for his other hobbies. He could’ve posted all of it on a discord server but he chose not to since he doesn’t want be famous and isn’t here to share to the whole world. (From my point of view, he was actually using this as a learning experience on modding.) He has released one car which was the Toyota Sprinter Trueno GT-V Kouki 3 door [AE86] Tsuchiya Keiichi 2016 Ver. on Touge Union. About the car and the parts fitted, it was using base model of Tohge Workshop and it was collaborative project made with several modders. Of course I can’t go into detail since I myself am not able to mod or anything. He has written he doesn’t care if someone does edit his mods but as long you leave in the credits of all the contributions. Currently he has dropped support for the TW models (he modded multiple cars) and have opted to use the GT-S model and this time, he’s adding everything by himself. Also due to someone not complying to his request, he has since removed files. Based on this situation, I hope you could understand why this is an odd situation since, personally I’ve never encountered this situation before until this video was made. I don’t want to obviously annoy the modder, because they made the mod in the first place and secondly I don’t want people who are watching to be missing out as well, obviously trying to have links on the many different things that are used. Hopefully this replies to everything you were talking about.
@@ded_error I think that when you get into the modding world this kind of situation is inevitable, especially if you do good content, people are gonna want it 🤷🏽♂️ . I just rewatched initial D not too long ago and was like ohh lemme see if someone actually did an 11k rpm AE86 you know just to try it, turns out I found one from a pack (not too bad) and was curious if there was a better version . It just suck And at the end I find a bit childish but I won’t question his requests, it’s his stuff .
@@maitreyoda7404 If you are looking for an AE86 with 11k RPM, you can try RKGaming’s Initial D Pack. Link: drive.google.com/drive/mobile/folders/116FUWFeTFa6GABM56pycag0R1YXDo6b9?usp=sharing Channel: ru-vid.com Although, he’s moving to the GT-S model as well.
Hi, first find and open the camera editor from the apps taskbar (it should be under AC apps). You should then be able to see (F6-1, F6-2, F6-3 for example) click on one of the F6 cameras. Then you should move the camera (you can hold down to change the direction at a faster rate) like using yaw, strafe, and move, elevate and pitch. Adjust it to how it looks like the cockpit overview (like how Hot Version’s interior cam in cars) or in front of the Cluster panels. You then use the FOV to tighten the zoom and then you now have the cockpit or the cluster panels. One thing I do suggest if the camera keeps swaying around a bit, is to disable neckfx before recording.
Hahaha, yeah my tune is a little wonky if I’m being honest. I wanted to give it a retune but haven’t found a nice balanced, fun and decent fast setup yet. Here’s my setup: acstuff.ru/s/e0tV
You should be able to copy using content manager. First click on the link and click on "add car setup", then a popout from content manager will write "Car Setup" then it would write "would you like to apply this preset or to save it for later?". You should then click on "Save". If you want to install manually, click on the link and click on "download file *directly*". You then drag the file to Documents > Assetto Corsa > setups > trw_mazda_rx7_feed > pk_gunma_cycle_sports_center.
Nice vid man. Just wondering how much of a difference road temp and temp do cuz rn im running 12 and 14 and getting about 23:400-23:800 as a hotlap on the qual section with the j racing s2000. Thanks!
Thank you. For this video, I ran the FD in Touge Life 2 server. The road temp and temp is about 26°C? (I think) If I were to retry the qualifying section now, I can definitely go quicker than in the video. I was trying to get the times to be as similar to reference video from hotversion which was 24.9 seconds.
Hi, so you can get the sound from RKGaming's Initial D pack. Link: drive.google.com/file/d/1UA91B8qsc1QiJKI5Z-d1epHv-Pah75kZ/view?usp=sharing Just download the car and use the Fourth Stage's AE86. It has the same sound as this video.
I’m sorry, I won’t be able to help with the tune, I lost my tune file after switching ssd’s and it’s been several months since the video. The car is naturally weird as the tyres have a weird slip effect. Thanks for the compliment but I think it’s a slow run since I couldn’t efficiently carry the speed through the corners. If I do find the tune, I’ll send the link to you but I highly doubt that it was a good tune from the start.
Anyone else feel like the FFB is too slow in this car on the g29? Things that are dead simple in other cars make me spin every time with this and its like I have to assist the wheel by spinning it hard to counter steer...
Definitely. I used the G25 during this run, it wasn’t quick to countersteer so there is a need for some assisting. Comparing the speed between the G25 and the current T300 I’m using, it like a night and day difference. If not mistaken previously, I had to countersteer slightly earlier and have to balance the throttle (but my throttle control wasn’t good back then).
Dunno what happened but my problem kinda solved it self. I still have to wrestle with it a little but Its no where near as bad as it was. Also I've been wanting a T300 for so long, but they're just shy of 500 dollars WITHOUT the shifter. Its ridiculous. Can't even find used ones.
It's still there. You need to go on your pc to highlight, copy and paste into another separate tab of your browser. Sorry for the inconvenience. Due to recent events, I have removed the "" for all description as a safety precaution because RU-vid thinks it's spam. I have received a warning which can lead to strikes which leads to the end of this channels. The file: mega.nz/file/IddXzYqA#JXOUaQc8IvexEgmU4qu1qY2xy2A5YgbrwNSI1N2QWwY
Yup, I know. Could be much much better. That’s why I keep questioning why do people watch this one. I don’t have much experience when I started but still am learning till now. I hope I may be able to change your mind with the more newer videos that I made but sorry for the disappointment.
I personally think that JW’s AE86 has more realistic handling compared to the TW’s AE86 since the force feedback on TW’s AE86 is much lower, it doesn’t have much feeling on the wheels so you can’t judge the countersteer as much through your fingers. On the same touge, I noticed there are many parts where the TW’s AE86 can’t open up to full power at low angle corners. The tyres on TW’s AE86 are weird to since it feels like I’m driving on soap all the time so there’s no feeling of contact with the ground. The upside to TW’s AE86 is being able to change gear ratios. First gear on the JW’s AE86 is either max speed for gear 1 is 94km/h or 105km/h so means that I need to keep the rev’s up due to the tall gear ratio. I think the next closest thing (physics wise) is from this group: facebook.com/groups/731156170725777/?ref=share Just keep in mind most of the cars are still in beta and the adjustability of the car is somewhat limited so it’s still in testing.
@@ded_error Thank you for the reply, i wasn't sure on what to pick between the two cars. TW was too light in FFB, but JW had a really heavy steering. But i agree with you, you can feel the tyres better on JW's AE86
@@ded_error I like the physics on RkGaming's AE86, feels very grippy and stable, torque is a bit low at very high RPMs, maybe done to simulate the Rev limiter installed by Matsumoto later in the series
Great video! Do you remember if you lowered the brake pressure on the car? I feel like I can't put that much brake input into the car without locking up, but my braking distances are okay. Best I could do was a 25.08, with the track surface set to slow cause muh realism
@@kit-the-cat-skelanimal-plush Thank you! I’m quite certain that I didn’t touch any brake settings since there is ABS. I do think the brakes lock up quite a bit but personally, I’m not too worried about it. I haven’t been on Gunsai for quite a while so in case if I do say things wrongly, I’ll leave my setup here for you to check: acstuff.ru/s/e0tV
Not bad, but you still have a lot to learn, if u want to see a god with the 86, search baba assetto corsa on youtube, you'll be amazed the method you are using is not very effective, at least at this level, btw how many hours do u have in assetto?
Yeah this is a very old clip. I only played Assetto Corsa with the wheel a little (probably only 1 month since I got the wheel) and not up to standard. I really really want to redo this video. I think I only had a 100 hours in this and I agree that this driving is ineffective. Now practicing on low angle drifting and drifting in general. I do watch baba’s videos and that the exact reason I always question why people still watch this video since I wasn’t good enough. Sorry for the long comment and for having to watching the video with the most issues.
@@ded_error dude, for 100 hours that driving was insane, i started to get things figured out at 200hours, understanding how everything works, not driving well,i am curious of your driving now
@@theskilledgamer1187 well, I just tried to imitate driving in Initial D like counter-steering, downshifting, heel & toe since I don’t know the timing and I just did trial and error until it felt right but as you can see in this video, it was very weird since it was essentially a grip run. I wouldn’t say that everything was based on Initial D though. I mostly drive by feel and tweak the car to my liking. I didn’t watch videos on how to improve which probably could’ve speed up the process of learning (big mistake honestly). I drove the AE86 tuned for the 175 hours (I think) at the start just tweaked for more understeer (soon I learned that steering less and better throttle control is better than tuning for understeer). Since I didn’t really have that many friends when I started, I just drove on my own, not going on servers until I improved since I understand how people feel when they get interrupted in their time attack. (I’m not a fan of annoying others.)
Well honestly, I don’t really understand the youtube system either. My theory is that, due to the loudness of the engine (or something related to frequency of engine noises which I can’t explain since I’m not knowledgeable) which will essentially drown out the music in the background. Since RU-vid uses an A.I. to check for music and videos (Initial D Episode for example), it will only flag when it can hear the music at certain points. For the A.I. or software they are using, it’s mostly just waves like an audio spectrum. The engine sound should “theoretically” cover up the waves due to the high pitch. **Note: I may just be pulling words out of thin air and could be spouting nonsense so just take this comment with a grain of salt. It’s all just a theory.** If someone else does know how to explain it better, please go ahead.
@@ded_error nope that ain't correct i once turned the eurobeat to a very low sound about 20-30% and the game sound is 100%, then it will be very loud but the video still has copyright BRUH YOU AIN'T CORRECT
@@PageCarteller please don’t remove rude, just speak in a normal matter, like normal humans. I replied before, I don’t know how I did it since it probably accidental and it was not intentional. I also have videos that already copyright claimed and some are not. I couldn’t be bother if I did since I’m not making a single dime. As you’ve said, if I am wrong please explain it better. Just replying “You are wrong!” and not telling me what is wrong/explaining doesn’t help me. If I am wrong, just say it once. I just want to say this very important thing to speaking to strangers, “first impressions matter.”
@@PageCarteller Based on the video, that front section doesn’t have any engine sounds so it would’ve been detected then. Secondly, the music is too loud. You need to have a middle ground for your engine sound and the eurobeat. Just because you can turn the music up when you have the chance doesn’t mean you should do. My opinion: Turn up the In-game sound, turn down the music enough to be able to be heard. If it doesn’t work, I won’t be much help as I once again state: “I do not know the RU-vid system, I only can speculate.”
Thank you. Someone asked the same question for the engine sounding like an F1, I don’t have the knowledge to answer that question. TripledSevens made the sound which I assume from a video clip somewhere. Anyways I have a video of a 3 rotor 20B for “real life example”. Thank you! First, you need to install Content Manager (CM) then you need to install Custom Shaders Patch (CSP) on Content Manager (CM). You would need to pick a higher version of CSP to run SOL 2.0 as it will state in the video I will link below. After installing both CM and CSP, you would need to install SOL. The installation video for everything above is in the link below. Installation video: SOL - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ZbrTIHbtRhA.html Links for CM and SOL: CM - acstuff.ru/app/ SOL - www.racedepartment.com/downloads/sol.24914/ Now you need to install the PP filter, specifically the A3PP Filter. Link for A3PP Filter: A3PP - www.racedepartment.com/downloads/a3pp-beautiful-ppfilter-for-assetto-corsa.24258/ Installation video: PP Filter (4:29) - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-dWt5_uGH5OU.html After that just set the PP Filter to A3PP_Sol_15 and done. The rest are just slight tweaks you need to adjust.
