@Wise Man I eat 12 eggs most days and am fine. The cholesterol in your blood is caused by carbs and not fats. Your cells and neurotransmitters in your brain are built mostly out of cholesterol. Healthy and nutritious fats such as eggs, avocados shouldn't be avoided, they are nutritious and absorb very well (especially egg yolks ~99%). Remember that egg has all the nutrients to create life. Eat whatever you want tho :P That's what I found out during my own research and thought I'd share :P Don't be afraid of eggs 😉, be more afraid of processed foods like, breads, cereals, cookies, cakes etc. Rant over, cheers ✌🏻
