Hi We have created a very useful tool for truck drivers, I think you and your audience will find it interesting. Are you open to advertising on your channel?
Just had this issue on my 2014 Mack CXU. After being stuck at a truck stop for two days the techs there couldn't figure it out after throwing all kinds of parts at it, Exhaust temp sensor, two def wire harnesses. I brough it to Mack they hooked up to it and had it diagnosed in an hr. Bad def doser, and the aftermarket temp sensor the clowns installed wasn't communicating with the trucks computer, so had to be replaced again.
@@trucker1onethat's nice I really enjoy your content on trucking! I’ve developed a tool for OPs and carriers that helps control expenses and analyze fleet finances. I think it could benefit your viewers. How about we discuss a collaboration?
I'm going through the exact same thing. 2 mechanics so far and out $3500. After paying to get my filters cleaned, and 80 miles later I still had the same code they claimed I need to give them 3200 to get new filters bc they're bad now. 2nd shop just cleared ecm and did a regen for $500, 10miles later same code. Brought it home, replacing all my dpf sensors myself, and a diag tool. In the process of still replacing sensors for a fraction of the price
@@TruckingUnfiltered I Know everything about this system. They made it so complicated that the average trucker will never figure out what the problem is. I’m 100 percent sure they programmed certain electrical and electronic parts to break down at a certain point and also the connectors and wiring is designed so the water and heat can easily destroy it and you can keep going back to them for repairs and keep giving them money
@@trucker1one I dont know how much worth your junk truck. Spending 10k for def matter? I will just delete it for 1-2k and run save money for future equipment.
What a horrible story im sitting here feeling so sorry. Ive been through all if that myself. Its so fuxking depressing. Since then i bought an older truck with only egr, no def or scr. Ive learned as much as i can about keeping the emission system running so im good now, but yeah i spent 10s of thousands on that crap with shit mechanics.
So you're just saying what everyone knowsthat most mechanics don't understand what they're doing and they just think that it's all about R&R, useless info
If you clame you are a mecanic and start changing parts only by quessing, you are not a mecanic, especial when you dont asume the parts what suld not be changet in the first place 🤔
