Thank you for saying you can tighten the filter by hand. 👏 I hate it when people work on their own cars and think they have to tighten the filter and drain plug so hard they almost burst a vein in their head 😅 My last oil change to a car (Volvo V70) took me 2 days because someone had decided to tighten the drain plug with an impact wrench 🤦 and round off the bolt in the process. I had to eventually use a drill, welder, counterscrew extractor and pneumatic impact wrench as my battery powered 400Nm rated wasn't enough 😂 Anyway, good video, nice job 👌
Hi there from Brazil...I am just about to buy one, automatic. How is it going so far with yours own? Is it an easy going car if you're easy on the drive? Cheers!!!
I just finished a build on my crosstrek requiring all carpet removed, this viedo was incredibly helpful thank you for taking the time to put this together. I also enjoy the light hearted music
You put locking hubs when you want to keep your drive shaft, axle berring and more. When it on 2×4 those parts are not moving.. Just when it on 4x4 it's engaging.
@@justfixit5718 OK thank you . These hub locks don't take out the vacuum motor, right? If I understand correctly, I also have the possibility of driving with reduced gears only with rear wheel drive, I hope I have not said bullshit ...
@@gs6273 There is no connection to the vacuum pump. When you put the mode on a 4X4 in a car, you must put a 4X4 at the locking hubs. If not, the differential will work but will not transfer the power to the front wheels. You should know that once you are in 2X4 mode in a Hyundai terracan (in the car) you are in rear-wheel drive. You can change gears regardless of front / rear drive
@@justfixit5718 si, son una copia exacta de los AISIN, SON IDENTICOS Y YA LOS HE UTILIZADO BASTANTE, SOLO HACE FALTA UN BLOQUEO DE DIFERENCIAL PARA QUE MI TERRACAN SEA UN MONSTRUO
I did it because black smoke came out from the exhaust. When I checked the Egr it was stuck. So I had to change it. No more black smoke from the exhaust . :)
