Yeah no as i said before that was just that universes tails who went insane probably after realising he has to kill his sonic and just happens to use the same lines that sh tails does, you can hear dream girl amy at the end say "boy oh boy is he gonna love you!" Whilst walking throught the portal Tl;dr: sh tails is on the other side of the portal the tails that died was from the tsak universe and just happened to be going insane
