Hi! My name's Hazel, I'm a rhythm game enthusiast and I upload mainly content to do with those games, such as NOISZ STΔRLIVHT, A Dance of Fire and Ice, and more! Occasionally, I do upload videos on other cool games I discover, so don't be driven away completely if you're not into rhythm games. (She/Her 🏳️⚧️, Lesbian)
To download NotITG, go to noti.tg and click download to download v4.2.0, the latest stable version of the game, to get the absolute newest version (which is not yet in full release), v4.3.0, join the NotITG/UKSRT server at https:/:uksrt.heysora.net/discord (Take the .zip file and extract with WinRAR or 7zip or the like, you know the deal) Then, you need to download song packs, if you’re looking for the Mawarus in this video, go to drive.google.com/drive/folders/17IArcWe8-Pvd1QB6bJA0vAvaiFR_t0Z4 - Go to the Mawaru colections folder for Mawarus 1-8 - Go to the UKSRT4 folder for Mawaru 6.5 - Go to the Galactic Gladiators folder for lootus (Mawaru: Minigame-O-Matic!) extract the .zip once again and put them in the NotITG songs folder in the correct hierarchy cloud.noti.tg/SRTLore.zip has Mawaru 9 in the UKSRT8 folder, Mawaru 10 in the MODSTER MASH 3 folder, and Mawaru 11 in the UKSRTX folder. These aren't in the collections group as they can break or not work properly if they're not in their original tournament folders (don't move them out of their own folders) The rest of the Mawarus in this video are not from NotITG, Mawaru Infinity is from the arcade game Pump It Up Infinity, you need to have a cab (or go to an arcade with a cab) on ver 1.10 and either unlock it through mission mode or use unlock codes through a USB profile which you can find tutorials on online. Alternatively, you could use a sim like STEP P1 or you could download Pump It Up Prime No Hints Here! is from A Dance of Fire and Ice's Neo Cosmos DLC (in total costs like $11 or something for the game and DLC) and was also added to NOISZ STΔRLIVHT, which is a free mobile game but No Hints Here! in that game is part of the Clover Event Pass, which costs, like, $5 iirc? either way tbh you should play NOISZ STΔRLIVHT If you're itching for even more mawaru content, there's a fanmade one called WAMARU - Treaty of Peace Between Boot and Leg, which comes in one of the folders pre-installed with NotITG version 4.2.0 (the version currently on the noti.tg website), and there's also also files that Taro's made, like the 2 Princess Mimi files and other wacky files of his creation. Taro also works for other games! I mentioned NOISZ STΔRLIVHT, which has additional charts made by taro that do wacky things, and he also did some work for another free steam game called vivid/stasis which is also very fun NOISZ STΔRLIVHT (iOS) - apps.apple.com/us/app/noisz-starlivht/id1582334373 (Android) - play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.AnarchEntertainment.NOISZSTARLIVHT&hl=en vivid/stasis - store.steampowered.com/app/2093940/vividstasis/
I was wondering if there is a full song list for all the Mawaru games. I think I found the list once but I can't find it anymore. If you have an idea of where I could find that list, I would really appreciate it.
if you're talking about all of the songs which are used in each Mawaru, you can find them in the description of each official Mawaru video on Taro's channel
You forgot Death by Glamour of UKSRTALE (You can also tell (Plus it has minigames) it is a Mawaru since it appeared in Mawaru Gold in the end part, like with Princess Mimi's Game Corner (which is missing here too) but it appears as well as "transition" like with the rest of Mawaru's)
Again, like I’ve said in other comments, I didn’t forget any. As you rightfully said, that is a UKSRTALE file, but it is not a named mawaru in any sense, and a mawaru is not “a file with minigames made by Taro”, the same applies to all of Princess Mimi’s Mawaru-like files. (If you’re still doubtful, Taro counted up all of the Mawarus he’s made in the Discord, all of which are in this video)
@@natepike1752 absolutely, one of the entries in this video (Mawaru Infinity) was made for the arcade game Pump It Up Infinity, since TaroNuke was a part of the team behind that game, as far as I know there was a lot of code which only had its real use cases in the Mawaru song
There’s the purple area with a gate with an egg symbol. I got the egg before but I can’t enter the gate, is there another requirement for that gate :(( I also need to find one more transportation chamber,, so I’m guessing it’s in that egg gate
The egg is irrelevant to the lamp hunt, only added a few days ago, you have to defeat *all of the enemies* in the tamasatchi to open the gate, but it’s so hard/slow that no-one’s done it yet
Oh so ummm, I found the last transportation thingy!! But the big centre gate between the lamps hasn’t appeared yet?,, It wasn’t there in the first place actually, so maybe I missed another requirement? Or maybe my game has a bug :”D Thanks for all the help btw :>
I am aware of those two available ones, I could've done them but they are not mawarus by name and they are distinctly dissimilar to the rest, so I chose not to
As said at the beginning of the video, before following this tutorial, you need to have completed Chapter 3 and collected the rainbow pedestal in the room with execution_program in it
@@TheTrueXaver Not the TVO shard, go back to that location, there's a new object there. (I'm also in the v/s Discord frequently! you can ask me more there)

Correction for the white lamp, you don't need to actually interact with the bookshelf in the Seraphiel room, just stand on the strange-looking tile underneath it.
thank you for this! ive been going insane trying to find the red lamp. the only one i found how to get online other than this video is the white one, which i already had when i found it
I've spent like 2 hours (yes, 2 hours of wondering around the map) looking for the white thing to open the door and I can't find it, can you tell me where it is?
The white lamp is in the melody room! To get there, you need to go to the room with Seraphiel in it and go to this spot towards the top of the room where one of the floor tiles is a little messed up, face up and interact with the bookshelf on that tile. Then, go back to the previous room and head left + down to the little area which only previously had a gem in it, the right wall will be a little darker, walk into it, and there you go! If you need any further help besides that which I can describe here, consult the vivid/stasis Discord
Great compilation! I started to know about the Mawaru series and other stuff related to Taro because of a random recommendation on YT of "Mawaru and the magician's curse", from that point I watched some of the earlier and latest works of Taro as well as the UKSRT series
It's nice to see other people becoming fans of NotITG content! If you're looking to download any of them btw, I've replied to @ bulletnetbest 's comment with instructions
27:51 GENPEI TOUMADEN MENTIOOOOONED!!! YESSSS!!! 😄😄😄🤩🤩🤩 It's the music playing before the boss stage begins if you're wondering, specifically it's the rendition of the small mode theme on Taiko No Tatsujin!!
Yeah, and Genpei Toumaden came out in 1986 in the arcades in Japan (Namco made it and had it ported onto PC-Engine and had a Famicom spinoff, plus the Ka No Ni sequel also on PC-Engine, the original first game had a rerelease in 1996 in both US and JP in Namco Museum Volume 4 via PS1, US title is The Genji and Heike Clans, also seen in Arcade Archives on the Switch and in the TurboGrafx-16 mini).
love how it all comes full circle mawaru gold has a reference to a dance of fire and ice in it, and then there is an official title in a dance of fire and ice's dlc that just feels so nice to see, unless mawaru gold was made after no hints here
First off, fnf would be a huge downgrade. Second, why can’t you play NotITG? The series started with NotITG modfiles and most of the entries are still in that game, and it’s completely free
@Loibu how do you go about downloading songs for it because you're talking to a person who failed installing mods in the early days of fnf and can for the life of me can't mess around with a game called mugen without it either not working or just accidently destroying the game itself
@@amandaletcher1320 Join the NotITG Discord if you’re looking to locate packs, (The v4.2.0 install on the website comes with three packs by default) and if you’re looking for what to do with them after, first make sure that the game itself is extracted out of its’ zip, if it’s an individual song then simply extract the zip file, open the game, and drag and drop the song folder onto the window, if it’s a song folder then go to the installation folder and go to songs, then extract the pack’s zip file there.
@@amandaletcher1320 This process is the same as any other Stepmania-powered game, and so you could look up a tutorial on how to add song files to Stepmania if you’re really stuck (it’s recommended you don’t use any of the websites for downloading songs used in those videos as they will likely not be modcharts, which are the files with all the crazy effects you’re probably looking for)
drive.google.com/drive/folders/17IArcWe8-Pvd1QB6bJA0vAvaiFR_t0Z4 - Contains Mawarus 1-8 in the Mawaru Collection folder, you can also find Mawaru 6.5 in the UKSRT4 folder, and lootus (Mawaru: Minigame-O-Matic!) in the Galactic Gladiators folder. Mawaru 5 is broken if you're playing on NotITG, you need to mess with the files in the song folder a bit, I think you just need to delete one file but I don't remember. cloud.noti.tg/SRTLore.zip - Contains Mawarus 9, 10, and 11 in UKSRT8, UKSRTX and Modster Mash 3. They aren't grouped with the others as they tend to break if not in their original tournament release folders. Besides that, Mawaru Infinity is from Pump It Up Infinity, which you can play on a PC with a sim or with PIU Prime, and No Hints Here! is playable in A Dance of Fire and Ice and NOISZ STARLIVHT, though they both cost money, in ADOFAI for buying the game and the DLC, in NOISZ SL for buying the event pass to play the song (though both are relatively cheap). There are other parodies of Mawarus not necessarily made by Taro and not shown in this video such as WAMARU - Treaty of Peace Between Boot and Leg, which comes in one of the folders pre-installed with NotITG version 4.2.0 (the version currently on the noti.tg website)
