What a fun set... almost tempted to buy one and create a small diorama.... hmm, but then I already have about five projects on the go, so maybe later! 😊
Toned down with paint to weather them is one option, the other is to get some etched. Either way it’s a good starting point and they have to consider robustness too.
The alternative whistle is a bit more suitable, the other one sounds more like Lilla's whistle. Surprised they didn't just record Margaret's whistle, Britomart's and Alice's?
Most enjoyable. A stand and watch at any exhibition. I nearly had a heart attack with a headon crash in the back platform. Had a replay and realised there is a mirror above the track, lol 🤣. How did you manage the bendy train?? 🤣. Never mind great fun anyway. Thanks for sharing 👍👍👍
Wow that's a great version of Carlisle, what a layout that is. Wapping sidings the signal box, the old parcel and shunter sidings behind the wall of the bays for Newcastle and Leeds. Absolutely brilliant
@@3ddrawingformodelrailways I can’t post his details here but if you contact me by private message on RMweb forum with your email I will pass it onto him.
I just love it. I used to work in a model shop in Colchester, Essex. I sent model trains all over the World. Australia, New Zealand, The USA. The best thing was I got to run the trains before packing.
I love this modular layout! Glad to have found you here on RU-vid and hoping to get back into some miniature layouts once things are less busy in the garden!
