A virtual guide to skateparks across Canada and North America. Using the latest tech in drones to capture a virtual representation of a skatepark, you can check out a new park, find lines before ever setting foot there. Check out the list and find your next session!
Kind of a crummy job for a page called session atlas. Like yeah I know what pieces of the park look like but it wasn’t as cohesive as I would hope/expect. I didnt exactly learn what those pieces look like together… kinda left with the same knowledge of the park as I had just watching skate clips. Thanks, though, I guess.
Pretty good layout. Has a few lines that go across the park and even in and out of the bowls. No dedicated lighting but you can skate with the ambient light at night.
the only weird think with this park is the giant pink quarter pipe that leads to ... a nipple and a manny pad. I don't think I've ever seen anyone use that obstacle but whatever it's fine
it's an awesome park I just learned to drop in on those stepped quart pipes but it's pretty funny that you had to go out get footage on Silent Hill Day
I just moved to Salmon Arm and this park is such a bummer. Too steep and very little transition to skate (instead it's just flat banks), so it's super awkward to just carve around in and the only lip to skate is super steep so you have to take a big run at it. It has some nice ledges but even those are fairly high for someone who just wants to goof around. Also a full 15% or so of the park is just a grass area in the middle. Would be really surprised if this wasn't a New Line park. Too bland to be anyone else's.
just found your website and then your channel. I'm blown away! Man, you should have a donations page on your website. Really impressive! Maybe even a sign in and a checklist to see how many of these skateparks you can check off your list. Sorry, just so excited now i realized all the fun skateparks i can try to visit over the next 3 weeks!
So much little puddles all over the park, in and out of the bowls. This is a problem. Skateboards and specifically skateboard bearings get harmed by rust when rolling through water.
Good skate park but RACIST. The info inside the building is in different languages including of the country with population of only 1 million but not in the language of one of the most populous country in the world who reside in Edmonton.
