Alhamdulillah, we at Baitul Ilm Academy in Chicago area also started with bringing our own plates but went in the right direction and about eight years ago we completely switched to reusable dishes in the Blessed month or Ramadan. Alhamdulillah I serve on environmental organizations and also work with masaajid in the area to make them eco friendly. I do presentations and help set up green teams. Regardless if Abu bakr never give fadak to fatima and regardless if fatima was angry with him, it still doesn't prove anything against Abu bakr, Abu bakr is better than fatima, more knowlegeable than her and more well versed in jurisprudence. Coming back to the point prophet never gave fatima fadak, neither did fatima claim that prophet gifted her fadak, all she claimed that she was entitled to inheritance and Abu bakr denied that by quoting hadith which even present in shia sources with an authentic chain. And regardless prophets leave inheritance or not, fadak is still can't be inherited, it is a state property which be of successor of prophet. And regarding fatima being angry at Abu bakr, that doesn't prove anything against Abu bakr, ali was annoyed at fatima, and getting annoyed at fatima is greater that fatima getting Andy upon abu bakr.

In which universe is a former pagan like Abu Bakr “better” than the greatest woman in Islamic history? The only child hand-raised by our holy Prophet until adulthood? She never once insulted her own intellect by worshipping rocks and logs, but he did. And yet you claim he is better? Do you realize how badly you have insulted our Prophet, by claiming he was unable to give his own daughter a better teaching of Islamic law & etiquette than a pagan who didn’t even reach basic Tawheed until old age?

There are people who didn't born Muslims, converted to islam and then became better that those who were born Muslims by their increased good deeds, services to islam.

You’re talking about the absolute pinnacle of morality and ethics, the Ahlul Bayt were constantly giving up rights that belonged to them. The only time they fought back was when Islam itself was at risk (such as at Jamal, Siffin, Karbala etc. etc.)
