I love lb city but I was wondering how you would rate the living there. Like how is the night life, is there a lot of crime, is it super cold since your by the beach ect! p.s. love you videos
hi girl! I love living in long beach! there is honestly so many different things to do whether you like fitness, shopping, cafes, restaurants, the beach, it honestly has it all! Great nightlife and with it being between the oc and LA it's perfect. There's definitely always a little bit of a breeze here by the beach but it's so nice and the summers are beautiful! feel free to reach out to me if you have more questions <3
try weight gainer protein shakes they are more calorie dense around 350 cal per scoop with less protein ofcourse and try making smoothies with frozen fruits. BTW I like MyProtien whey isolate.
