Assault is basically bleed/ Blood lust from Elden ring, DS. She's gonna be OP as Assault takes a health percentage of the enemy and for what it seems it ignores the enemies DEF and RES. I would say one of her best team would be : Jane, Seth and another physical character.
Base on her core passive, you'll need 375 points in anomaly proficiency to to proc a 100% crit rate for the assault damage crit. Even a 150 anomaly proficiency added to base 40% comes up to 64% not considering drive disc crit rate to be added. So its a hay-day to actually use her since she builds up anomaly quite fast and since the core passive mentions that other character may also trigger said assault crit proc, partnering other physical based agents are more than welcomed. In my case, using a billy kid ultimate atk when a mob is in the verge of procting assault deals tons of damage, a physical bangboo on a chain atk (bagboo, amillion, officer cui) or the easiest way is using piper is highly welcomed. Although in such a way you miss out on disorder damage I guess.
My possible teams are: Jane, Seth, support/stunner Jane, Nekomata, support/stunner Jane, Seth, another anomaly char like Grace or Burnice. Anomaly and disorder are probably going to be meta in the future by seeing how many anomaly chars they're releasing
I was thinking the same!, because it seems like a nice replacement for piper, but i think we forgot one thing, grace requires to be fighting constantly to get the max pontential out of her because she has the grenade mechanic that helps her do more shock dmg and anomaly stack, however, jane also needs to be in combat to be able to build up passion stream and flinch states, so if two characters has to be in combat at the same time to get the max out of them, makes them not able to be in the same team as one has to be inactive, but i guess we'll never know until we test it out of ourselves
@@muriz7051 you can def build grace for hyper carry but I normally run a disorder setup with piper. For build them to stack anomaly at the same rate you can swap back and forth to share on field time getting a huge disorder each swap. I only use Rina to buffing with swing jazz and penetration since I have her C1 the buff lasts about 11 seconds just enough to keep it during rotation. I do keep a hyper carry grace set up for when I use lycoan and not piper.
I definetly think on release, one of her best teams will involve Jane herself, Grace and Seth. Which Jane and Seth activate each others passive, and Seth will activate grace's. And grace will work well with Jane by causing a whole lot if disorder damage. And apparently, Yanagi will be an Electric Anomaly, so depending on how good yanagi is, she could work perfectly on Jane's team as well
Especially with Seth's shield giving anomaly damage proficiency to the next character in rotation, it would make Jane do hella damage, and giving her more crit through her Assault damage@@jolunrohthocoudis526

so far i'm liking how the dev made the limited S-rank pretty strong at M0, but their M1 made them much better to play/stronger. you don't need to go all the way to M4 or M6 for the character to be super powerful.
Thats exactly what they want, tempt you to spend money by putting insane Upgrades in the M1 and making you think "oh this upgrade is huge and i only need one more copy!" and thats how they get your money. A pretty old predatory tactic in gachas , but It always works because a lot of people get tempted, and then once they have the first dupe theres the second one being also insanely good, but "oh, this one is great too, and i only need one more copy!" and you are exactly where they want you to be. Theres a reason why literally all hoyo games characters have mid to good first dupes and insane seconds dupes, with the other 3 being meh and the last one being OP, its literally a stair of gambling value phallacy.
@@fakelawchannel3026 TLDR: Energy systems are often very predatory; a character, that only functions at M1 WOULD be predatory, but that isn't the case here. So no predatory behaviour just because they sell you a product. Yeah imagine companies needing to keep their servers running and thus need to make money. Don't get me wrong, there is a lot of predatory bullshit in gacha games. "Energy" systems for example, where you can pay real money to fill up your energy (Hoyo is also guilty of this). I don't really see the "if you wanna pull multiples of that character, here's an awesome bonus" as a predatory. It would be predatory, if a character did not work at all without M1 or M2 or whatever. From everything we know about these two new characters, they are still absolutely amazing at M0. So there really is nothing predatory here. I mean, fucking OBVIOUSLY they want you to spend money on the game. They are not your best friend, they're a company selling you a product. Selling products isn't predatory in and of itself.

i've seen some people disliking her "spammy" playstyle. so they gonna skip her for jane doe. but after trying jane doe on the story, her playstyle is almost literally the same! spam basic till gauge ready, use enhanced charged attack sometimes dodge or skill repeat. so i don't get the "spammy" thing lol.
I think the difference is with how Qingyi spams a single move (her aoe basic attack) whereas jane spams a whole combo. They're both spammy, but Jane is much more similar to Nekomata where you're clicking quickly but still doing full combos.
So far Qingyi is more usefull since it can make chain attacks much faster to pull off. with Zhu yuan with a burst nuke on broken enemies is a great pair with nicole are the best of both worlds
Can you upload a video. Where qing yi does max subjugation consistently? So i constant 230 daze multiplier on bossses. I havent seen anyone upload a vid for that part of qing yi's kit. Cause its kinda hard at m0. :(
Tbh, Jane all the way. Yeah Qingqyi probably would benefit me a lot since i have Zhu Yuan (And no Ellen, sadly). But i don't think she powercreeps Anby THAT much to justify pulling for her, especially when considering more copies. Also since i have both Grace and Koleda i think Jane will be great for a second team, plus her gameplay feels so smooth and fun. I just hope to pull some copies of Seth to pair with her.

i puilled qingyis signature more so for the 20%DMG boost for 12 seconds, i tried her with lycaons signature but i get more value out of usinbg her sig on her and lycaons on him
Fr, the dmg boost is why you eant the signature, not the impact. She's a stun, so she'll get that done anyway, and the extra damage boost increases both her and the team's damage by multiplicative 20%. So, your 100% base × 280% stun multiplier = 280% damage × 120% w-engine boost = 336% total multiplier, before other buffs.
Exactly. I noticed the DMG difference immediately after I pulled her Signature. Plus, you want her to be on field longer anyway in order to build up her Subjugation stacks
you don't seem to know how buffs stack up . . there is no "Combat DMG%" buff . . Jade teapots 20% DMG is added to ALL your other damage bonuses, giving you maybe 5-7% final damage increase... Qingyi M1 is where to go first, then Engine... M1 on Qingyi gives more damage to Zhu Yuan, than Zhu Yuans own M1. That 20 DMG% buff on Jade teapot is a little . . . baity, because you get soooo many DMG% buff from everywhere, that an additional 20% is like. . meh
@WhiteTrashDiva the 20% dmg boost across the board, to the entire team, is still better than the basic Attack damage buff The Restrained provides to only Qingyi, if the damage calculation even works like you say it does. 18k + 7% of 18k is still 19,260 or so.
I feel that Qingyi works really well with Corin as Corin barely wants to be on the field, only showing up when the enemy is dazed. I'm still not sure on the third member of this team, been theorycrafting Rina or Piper but maybe Caesar might be the best for this slot when she comes out.
I am definitely getting Caesar so that my Qingyi can face-tank the gang leader on 2nd half 8 fl disputed node. Dodging while building up stacks for Qingyi is too much hassle on this floor.
@mispelledtempest omg sameeeee. was thinking about how QY complement ZY weakness and how QY on-field demand synergize well with attacker that is only on-field situationally/when optimal. Corrin sig Wengine needs her to have some off-field time, which QY can use. Passive also stacks together. although i don't have Piper nor Rina yet lol. Piper dodging me like crazy T-T
Won my 50/50. Damn her gameplay is so much easier to play with. Very smooth gameplay. The quick attacks is awesome. Spamming her B3 and use her blossom attack to boost dmg is just too good to pass up.
Wasn't planning to go for Jane since I need Android Frieren for Zhu Yuan, but since she came home quite early and I luckily got Grace from standard, the value of her banner went through the roof for me.
