Beware of a company called NextGrid. After seven month of dealing with their broker they tried to slip into the contract to use the equity in my paid off ranch as collateral for financing their so called project.
This is the most useful video on youtube on the topic of farm coolers. All those DIYs are great... but they don't tell me how to scale what I'm doing. I appreciate the technical explanation.

This will be misleading. Humidity, fibrous, hardness and sugar content of raw materials are very different. Other aggregates may be needed for a specific raw material or recipe.
Hello, I was just contacted by a solar company interested in constructing a solar plant on my farm. The letter has all the terms you discussed in this video. I am in Northern Pennsylvania. Can you recommend any lawyers for this matter?
Hi Taylor, this is a good question. It's difficult to say the average size of utility-scale solar arrays are in your area- but I can give you some US-national averages. Most utility-scale projects are between 1-5 MW projects. You need anywhere between 5-10 acres of open area for 1 MW of power generation. So, 5 acres would be on the small side, but that doesn't mean that a solar company wouldn't be interested-- these are just current national averages.
@energyanswersforthebeginni7295 hello I have 60 acres in hot desert area with road connected to the property and electricity available, and land is flat . But I'm thinking leasing 45 acres. How do i start ??
Really good advice. Question: my dryer has a cooling section and the 2000bushel bin doesn't have a fan or floor what would you advise I add? I have some grain lose by the door where diangle auger come in.
