Ok but you do not include any measurements so that others can replicate your work and make one for themselves! Kinda arrogant to assume others just want to watch you make one and not include the info for others to be able to build it.😏
So, I finally fell into peer pressure and go'ogled Woody Hyezmar’s Bible. Yes, you can get his projects at no cost, although admittedly they're not up there with the best, there are a few golden nuggets you can have fun with.
Yep, I can see how easy it's so easy to get swamped with wood crafting stuff, so many great ideas. For an impressive collection that has it all, just go’ogle the stuff in Woody Hyezmar's Woodworking Bible which he is giving away as of today.
This miniature is proably MUCH better made than the Ikea original. PRO-WOODWORKING TIP: When sanding the faces of the wood, you jump from 180 grit to 600. If you added a few more steps in between, the wood would come out much smoother. also, wet sanding makes the wood smoother, but then you must wait for the pieces to dry. Smoother wood = smoother paint job / stain job and smoother to the touch for your clients. Using more sanding steps, the grains will also show up much better for clear finishes.
So much nicer than using cardboard. Is that a cyanoacrylate adhesive that you use? If so, HOW do you keep from gluing your fingers to the wee furniture? ^_^
I finally found "transparent glue". I apologize - it is NOT cyanoacrylate. Gorilla brand makes a version that adheres to many materials, including wood, "Clear Gorilla Glue". It is a HPVA Type II, supposedly non-toxic. However, you can still glue your fingers together! >_<
No cardboard or foamcore board! Real wood! Hinges! Working drawer! (I understand how real glass was not doable.) Excellent! What kind of adhesive do you use - some kind of cyanoacrylate? (PS: It would have been easy to add dental molding on the crown. Hint!)
Greetings again - - - I showed this video to my partner (knows more about adhesives than I do) who has concluded that you are indeed using cyanoacrylate. -------- Perhaps one day I will try to make a miniature, though by the end, my fingers will probably all be glued together into big claws. >_< --------- A beautiful little project!

What is the name of that tool, maybe table top saw that you’re using? This process is so interesting to a new miniaturist like me. Do you mind sharing the measurements of the various sections?
se non metti le misure dei vari particolari tagliati questo video non serve a nulla If you don't put the measurements of the various cut parts this video is useless
