Hello everyone, Mr. D here! Welcome to PE Buddy.

We aim to be the world's #1 go-to channel for everything PE, Health, Sports Science and Fitness!

Our mission is to help provide students, PE teachers and schools everywhere with high-quality, interactive educational videos, resources and tools to support online learning and in-class lessons!

We've designed all our videos to fit into generic Health or PE Theory topics and are broad in nature so they can fit in with any curriculum around the world!

Our videos aim to be as interactive and evidence-based as possible; including learning intentions, success criteria and quizzes!

Useless in practice because advertisement stops the count at end of three mins so it cannot be fully completed unless you have other timers running for timing the final minute of heartrate check.

Pada vidio topic 2 yang berjudul “Learn The 11 Fitness Components I PE Buddy”, vidio ini berisikan tentang apa itu fitnes. Secara teori fitnes menurut ( Fardilah, 2006) fitness adalah kemampuan fisik seseorang untuk melakukan aktivitas/pekerjaan sehari-hari secara efektif tanpa menimbulkan rasa lelah. Kesehatan fisik terbagi menjadi 5 komponen terkait kesehatan dan 6 komponen terkait keteerampilan. 11 komponen tersebut yaitu, 1) kebugaran kardiospiratori, 2) kekuatan otot, 3) daya tahan otot, 4) fleksebilitas, 5) komposisi tubuh, 6) kelincahan, 7) keseimbangan, 8) kekuatan, 9) kecepatan, 10) koordinasi dan 11) waktu reaksi.

Hi with the bike riding example wouldn't the ATP-PC system also contribute at the start? i know she has been riding for 7 minutes though

Yep! The ATP-PC system pretty much always contributes the first 10 seconds of energy 👍🏼

Depends what type! Olympic lifting and powerlifting probably are as they are maximal sub-10 second bouts of effort with large rest times to replenish ATP stores. Other workouts and weightlifting would probably lean more towards the Anaerobic Glycolysis system. Hope that clears things up!

Instead of checking the pulse with my finger. Can I just use my fit watch and check my heart after one minute as it gives result within a few seconds.

Yes as the video says you can use any method. Smartwatch is best! However, you need to do the full 3 minutes of step ups and then measure heart rate at the end of your 1 rest minute.
