Please can you tell me which type of room this is as I want to book this hotel asap? Is it the suite. I like how it’s interconnected to the other bed is placed.
This is a very bad Hotel. I was on surgery in Tunis and have to stay to the hotel for 5 days. While there, they never clean the room, I was so week because of the surgery and I ask to have a friend to help me for shower before the flight. They refuse to help me and suggest to have their own nurse and tells you to have a deal with him. How can you trust things like that. I ask to change the towel as I was bleeding and told them that the sheet need to be changed as well, it was cover with blood. They never send anyone to clean. The service is mean, only few people are pleasant to talk to. They doing this security check ridiculously for no reason at all. Food is fade trust me. You have cable but not Netflix or Disney channel, they put me in a room with absolutely no view outside. Please choose another hotel or think twice before you go there, I see lot people getting mad for the hotel host disactivating they card before the check out even if you leaving 6 hours later. I honestly will never suggest this to anyone. Also, they charge you water. In five days, no vacuum, no change sheet, no clean towel, no garbage changed, water damage in toilet. Do not see the beauty of the hotel, see who you deal with for a pleasant vacation.
the rooms are average, unfortunately I got room number 150 and this room was in a very bad condition, but the attractions are even good, there are animations, there are songs for small children, so it's a good place to stay with children, the table is very nice, the waiters clean up the mess very quickly, the food is very good, especially Chocolate rolls are simply delicious
how many times can you eat in the restaurants for free when all inclusive? can you take your drinks in the pool? what is the choice of alcohol like? what is the quality of the buffet like?
Hygiene - Strand selber, Toiletten, Tische im Beachbar, Loby und Speisesaal, Besteck, Teller, Kühlschrank im Beachbar waren so trekking und wurden mit den gleichen trekkingen Lappen gewischt, die mehr Spuren hintergelassen haben und gestunken haben. Die Bedienungen war immer am Handy und müsste ich mehrmals fragen, dass was gemacht werden könnte. Die Sicherheit merkt mann schon vom Bus selber, damit die Kunden am Strand gefahren wurden, die Fahrer am Handy bei fahren waren, die Sicherung mit offenen Deckeln im Kleiderschrank, Gaztank im Beachbar 🤯. Das Essen: die Reste vom vorherigen Tag wurden den nächsten Tag mit Gemüse wieder gekocht 🤮; der Auswahl sehr arm, die nicht alkoholische Getränke waren zuckerpur. Die Strandtücher waren so schlimm, dass mein Gesicht sich infiziert hat. Es steht "Sandstrand" - nicht mal "Kiesstrand " kann mann nennen, die Liegen waren gebrochen und die neuen waren so billig, dass nächsten Tag wie die alten "kaputt" waren. Die matratzen für die Liegen- kaputt, Reißverschluss gerostet.... "eigene Strand " - die Menschen vom Ort haben nachmittags den Bereich zwischen dem Meer und Sonnenschirme genauso wir die Liegen besetzt. Den einzigen Stern gebe ich nur für das Zimmer selber und Balkon, die groß wirklich waren.
We were at this hotel 3rd of June , there was a problem with the third-party company that love holiday uses . We were made to wait seven hours in reception the staff were very rude and the hotel was very rundown. We ended up leaving and booking into another holtel. Would not recommend.
