Wrong location of installation, you could have installed in hall but above sofa set, so outdoor unit pipe will be directly out side wall. Its AC not cooler.

I have same ac installed 2 months ago but after 2 months there is sudden down in cooling and service is also done gas is also full checked by the company but they can't identify problem and i am not going to recommend it
