@April-py3jc rust is basically a fungus luckily it can be treated. It is straw multch I basically leave it on all year. It breaks down over time so I reapply it in spring.
I have a chaquotte avocado baby tree.. Started from a seed. It died back last winter because of sudden cold but now its back.. I am in Arizona zone 8A-7b. Mine is in a 2 gal pot and I water some times daily because of the heat. It consumes the water by the end of the day in the catch pan and is very happy and healthy.. I fertilize with happy frog avocado and citrus food.. But I need to graft it before it gets much larger..hoping to find Monroe scions. Thanks for the video.👍
That's the kind of stuff I like to hear. Learn from what happened and don't give up. I always say winter is the hardest part. I hope to hear more on how things go in the future 😁
Just till up soil to break compaction. Then add alfalfa pellets, pelleted chicken manure and bone meal. Mulch with leaves, grass clippings or hay after planting. You dont have to replace soil😊
Peat moss is a non renewable resource. Stop using it for your soil. Use coco coir instead. Also you should add compost or some sort of nutrient in your soil. Finally poor soil doesn’t kill your plants - bad watering habits do. Bad short.
Bad watering should never kill your soil lol. You should be able to water as much with no issues. that's the point to having this soil. The short isn't bad
