My pleasure. This condo is really special and the person who gets to buy it is going to be thrilled to live here. I loved this area when I lived next door. So peaceful and only a short walk all to be in all the action.
The View's from the rooftop deck are amazing and so is the pool. I just flew back from Guadalajara, Mexico. I went to visit a friend who recently retired and bought a house there. I loved it! the home is beautiful, and the pool is amazing. I stayed with him for a week. Loved GDL. I really like Puerto Vallarta my niece went with her boyfriend in February, and they loved Puerto Vallarta they stayed one week and that was her first time in Mexico. She really loved it. They also went to Guadalajara because he has family there and stayed the next week. He has his own business and wants to buy property in Mexico. We live in Los Angeles and for the younger generation it is hard to buy a house out here. They are now starting at a million dollars for a fixer upper. I want a Vacation Home. I retired in Sept.2021 from an Auto & Home Insurance Co. in Orange County after 22 years.
Happy Retirement!!! I bet you're loving it. There are so many wonderful things about living here in Vallarta. If you would like me to set you up on a custom email subscription to receive properties that may suit you, let me know. I would love to help you find your PV home.
Hey there. The HOA is $6,073 MXN/month and includes building maintenance, common area maintenance & water. Also, this little building beside Seaview belongs to the Seaview development. The developer will finish the inside and leave it to the owners to decide what they want to do with it. Maybe they’ll choose to make it a gym, co working space, etc. Once the HOA is run by the residents, the owners will be able to decide what suits them best. Let's schedule a virtual showing. You MUST see this in person, its a beauty.
This condo is VERY cute and would be a dream to live in. Being in the jungle has such chill vibes. You are a short walk to all the action while being tucked away in tranquility! When do you want to do a live showing or virtual?
It is the best of all worlds. You’re close to the action, but tucked away. Have ocean views but in the base of a mountain surrounded by jungle. It’s one of a kind! Would you like to schedule a virtual tour?
Hey there. This home is under contract. They will be moving into escrow this coming week. I am happy to help you find another property. Please send me an email or WhatsApp message and I can send over options.
Hi Alecia, we've been following you for the last few months and really appreciate the real estate updates in PVR! Very curious to learn if this unit sold and what it sold for? Stay well:)

This condo is really wonderful. The location is great, the condo is brand new and the finishes are top notch. The owner is even making a major upgrade to the condo. Stay tuned to my channel to see what has been done!!!! Thanks for watching.
Molino de Agua is the nicest luxury development along the water in Zona Romántica. It doesn’t get any bigger or nicer. This is also one of the only places you will find condos this size with 3 bedrooms. 3 bedrooms are rare in this part of town.
@@mariareina2232 Please elaborate why you believe this is an issue. This is a 3rd level condo, technically on the 4th level. How will the river affect this condo?!
Hey Desiree- At Orchid there is only one property that has 3 bedrooms, it is the penthouse. There are other developments similar to Orchid that have 3 bedrooms that I can recommend. Please message me on whatsapp (+52 322.197.5590) so I can share information on other developments that you may be interested in. Here is the link to the Orchid penthouse (if you want to check it out:) www.flexmls.com/share/AuLkm/109-Calle-Sagitario-8D-Orchid-JA-Puerto-Vallarta-
I can set you up on a custom email subscription as well so when properties hit the market that may work for you- you will be instantly notified. Send me a message on WhatsApp or email.
Astonishing what 250k can buy in another country versus the US. We are so financially repressed and it’s going to get so much worse in the coming years.
@@haus.of.masters Indeed. We actually left 13 years ago. On our 35 ft sailboat. We lived cheap and saw a lot of the world from the deck of a small boat. At 6 knots. LOL. But in 2020 Covid made it very difficult to travel to foreign countries, and aging parents in their 90s needed help. And so reluctantly we headed back to the US. We are still living on the boat for much of the year, which somewhat isolates us from the maelstrom. But my FIL is still hanging in there at 98 and so we are limited in what we can do. And we aren’t getting any younger. We figure we might have a two year window from now, where we would still feel comfortable taking off again for another few years. But the sad reality is we know we are running out of time. And since we have been on our boat for 13 years, and for 6 months per year for the prior 3 decades, the consideration of what to do next always ends up in the same place. Which is to say, we have no clue. I’ve actually looked into Uruguay. But the cost to keep a boat in Uruguay is quite expensive. Paraguay intrigues me, but so far, no interest from the wife. So I guess we will bide our time for at least a couple more years and see what happens. May I ask what country you chose?
@@Pelican5077 first I went to Ecuador but my son entering 6th grade and the education system (at the best price school) was at the 3rd grade level compared to USA. So we packed up and came to Mexico 9 years ago. It was the best decision I ever made. Every year life gets better and better here
It is a lot more than most places here but that is why I made the list to show you what is included. All of the utilities (including electricity) are included.
As a black man who considers himself a moderate, I very much appreciate the candor and honesty to acknowledge that there significant constituents in the conservative movement that fundamentally have some abhorent views on race and ethnicity. And as a Christian, one of the few identiies for me that trumps my proud blackness, I hate to admit that this same bigotry is especially prevelent among so-called Believers. Refreshing to hear it called out.
This property is so beautiful. The owner is getting quotes now to install a pocket door wall to separate the bedroom from the living room. Stay tuned or message me if you would like more information. I have 2 off market listings in this building!
