WOW! sounds much better than anticipated, they have a " woody " pop, or perhaps even a crack with a dent in the hoops!-ha...cool video rhat a pro drummer gives the lowbrow snares a fair shake without real prejudice.good deal,
The is one of the best metal albums ever created and I can’t believe we have a cover of it in its entirety. Joey is entirely too underrated. This album and the 2 after speak to his ability
Absolutely incredible performance! It's mind-bending how anyone could physically play any drum parts from the record, especially one as complex as this one. Huge props for making it a reality!
Very well played brother! And nice setup. Maybe my ears are playing tricks on me, but it almost sounds like the drums are hitting twice each stroke. I was thinking maybe its the recorded drums lining up just a tiny off of the original track, in which case you might be able to use some sidechain compression to duck the original track for a few milliseconds each time yours hit. Or if you're all lined up, just slide the backing track back or forward a tiny?
