Looks like my Wal-Mart toy alse. When they did have GI Joe it was mostly a overstock of Lady Jaye's and Gung-Ho's that didn't sell. I was lucky to find Rock and Roll. Have you tried Target?
@@WWJD85 that’s how it used to be too. All they had was Lady Jay not even Gung-ho. Target is an hour and a half away from me and usually when I go, there’s nothing there. They do have a few super seven things but not much.
80s GI Joe and He-man figures from the early 80s. (I was born in 85 so I too young to collect them, but I do remember getting two snakemen figures for my 3rd birthday. They ended up being villians of the TMNT) Toxic Crusaders(Always wanted the Toxic Avenger to join up with the TMNT as a ally and friend of the Turtles) Robocop, Police Academy, and T2 Figures(They would've fitted well in my TMNT Crossover universe which included a few Dick Tracy, Robin Hood, Ghostbusters Bucky O'Hare,, and BettleJuice figures I owned). TMNT figures were the main toyline I collected along with Batman, 90s GI Joe Figures, and WWF Hasbro wrestling figures. I had Power Ranger figures, but I missed out on the Zords.
@@WWJD85 so you’re only a year younger than me. I had a couple of RoboCop stuff but not much. I think the only thing I had like that was actually RoboCop himself was one that made a bunch of sounds. I can’t remember which version that is. I had one of the villains too.
@@WWJD85 Star Trek tng, potf Star Wars, aliens, transformers beast wars, transformers, ghost busters, he-man, smurfs, just whatever was on sale really.
Was it common to lose weapons to your figures as a kid? It was for me especally for my tmnt and joe figures. Lack of weapons made it harder to roleplay.
@@WWJD85 super easy to loose. One reason I loved weapons packs. You loose them and just buy some more to help with role playing. Plus it was cool to make weapons lockers with popsicle sticks
@@Frostbite8205 yea I like it. Wish I had just listened to myself and got him at joefest. I didn’t mostly because I had a trip to my aunts to go and didn’t want to spend all my cash
He seems to be doing OK. He said he was still going to come to some conventions to see his friends. I sat next to him and his lady at the WOJM panel. I thought he would talk with them on video but when they asked him, he said no thanks. But he looks happy and healthy.
We sure did! When I get home I’ll post a video of everything. After joefest we took a trip to my aunt house that was only an hour away from the fest. I haven’t seen her in 20 years.
Yea they have huge statues and they had one rx-78 that moved but sadly it’s been dismantled. When I was a teenager Gundam Wing came on and I was hooked so I watched some others but got out of it for a little while. I’m getting back into it lately.
Off Topic. I will never look a Gloworm toy from Playskool the sameway again after getting a ramdom thought the gloworm body looks like Globulous body from cobra-la.
