Hi. Weeds in Japan are rampant this summer. I have been watching another You Tube channel from Nagano and even there where it usually snows so heavy in winter the weeds are taking over everything. So much mowing all the time. Your outdoor area is great. Delicious food and great refreshing beer. If only mosquitos weren't so annoying.
Thank you for your sweet comment as always ❤️ That's really true!! I'm overwhelmed with the growth of weeds. It's too hot now and we're in a truce. I'm watching the growth sideways. Lol
You are hot there and we are cold in Australia. We have reverse cycle air conditioning in our unit which was here when we bought the property. It works for summer and winter. Your lunch looked so refreshing. I love cold noodles. Your youngest daughter is growing so fast.
Thank you for your comment as always❤️ I miss cold days! My husband says I can’t stand hot weather everyday. He wants to move to Hokkaido, which is located in the north of Japan.
@@kimama_palette We went to Hokkaido in October for three days once. It was cold there at Autumn but very beautiful. A lot of Australians go skiing there.
Hello. The garden is very productive now. I love cherry tomatoes. My husband is the opposite, he always compliments my cooking because he can't cook anything 😂. I am always the critic of anything I cook myself. The retro stereo looks great. I am glad there is a resurgence of things that worked so well in the past and that there are still people who can fix them. Is your husband a chef?
Thank you as always❤️ Yeah it’s just a small vegetable garden, but I'm happy to be able to grow food and eat it. Wow!! You have a wonderful husband who always compliments your cooking🥹✨ My husband is not a chef. He is building a store in the restaurant industry. He goes to various restaurants for research, that’s why he is picky about the taste🤣
You have a wonderful collection of furniture pieces. The late 60's to70's was a great time world wide for furniture design. It was furniture that was made to last and has seen a recent reformation. Prices in Australia are extremely high. You and your husband have good taste. I really love the old Japanese furniture given to you by your landlord. Amazing generosity. Any items that were handmade in years past will always be treasured by families and strangers in this plastic throw away world we now live in.
Thank you for your warm comment❤️ I’m glad that my husband and I have similar tastes in interior design😆Prices is also high in Japan. So I need to look around at various shop and decide what to buy and determine if it is really necessary. I’m happy to be able to live surrounded by my favorite things made from natural materials.
