Chris, so glad to be chasing vicariously through your videos this season. Back in the hospital this past week with more complications from the transplant, but hopeful that all will work out. Can't believe the heat dome here in NC. 98F with an 80F dewpoint, is insane storm fuel, but nary a tower in sight.
SERIOUSLY, one of THE BEST (Top 3) videos I've watched of tornado coverage! Great angles, great lighting adjustment, NO overly dramatic SHOUTING/screaming, no swearing, and no inane repetitive phrases of obvious events unfolding right before our own eyes via the camera (like 'Tornado on the ground!' 5x or 'DEBRIS! DEBRIS!' 10x, etc.). EXCELLENT JOB! You have a new 'Follower,' Ma'am.
pity I missed it but I wasn't going to set lights out anyway, I am tired and bored I have seen them bloom and I count the years and nothing much changes they are wonderful but shit seen the same shit for years man , age takes its toll
man that is excellent but nothing llike here but very cooll . I will die but I have the best bloom n the USA I am sure . Man this in minor compared to mine but cool thanks
We pronounce it like Wynniewood. I live here and we were in our cellar. During the time we were in this shelter the wind from this monster took my cellar door two inches off the hinge side and the tornado was I believe I heard about five miles from us at that time. Been watching these amazing tornadoes my whole life and always get excited during tornado season but having my three kids and mother in law and sweet dog in that cellar at the time made wonder with fear that if had hit us head on would it have taken the door off and sucked us out?
I'm so glad you're OK. What a terrifying close call! And I've now learned how to pronounce Wynnewood. I hope there's not a next time for you, but I'll be prepared to say it correctly. :)
This house is located at Rockledge High School; the kids might have built it. It's been there for years. If you do a quick search, you'll find lots of good ones. Good luck!
