I got a medium and it’s not overly oversized! If you want it bigger I’d say size up a couple of sizes like I did with my primark one! I think I got an XL in that last year! Xxx
Ah so this is wear that gorgeous green knit vest top is from! Love it, especially with the button detailing! Honestly such a good piece! The fur coat at £55 like jeez why not buy it?! Might as well before it gets seriously expensive in November! Especially with that quality... proper snow queen vibes! Hope you get plenty of winter wear out of it. The dress at the end is PERFECT! This haul has so many good pieces 😍💛 And I'd say autumn/winter starts..... NOW 😂 it's rained pretty much non-stop all week! Even if I am still wearing shorts...

It was really good!! We were really disappointed at the cost given we had closures when we were there and wasn’t aware nor told at checkin, I picked this hotel based on seasoul and it was closed the whole time🥹🥹 I was and still am so upset! But we know for next time to book October - April time before rainy season🥹💔 I would recommend people to book around them too to get the most from it!🥰
@@emilyjacksxn Yh that’s so understandable tbh, the fact that they didn’t let you guys know is not good. I feel like hotels should be able to close for a week or two when doing maintenance so no one is disappointed when they turn up. I went early May so didn’t face these issues but it’s a beautiful place regardless and the staff working there are nice ❤️
Could've titled this vlog "Emily vs Weddings" 😆 i certainly agree with the money side of things. I've never understood the clamour to spent tens of thousands on dresses, suits, venues, stags/hens, catering, flowers etc - but a quieter affair with the most nearest and dearest in a picturesque place is a loving and suitable compromise imo!

Or even spend 25k on a holiday wedding! Plenty of weddings now happen on like a Greek beach or something. You wouldn't have to invite a ton of people and you could make it a more memorable occasion with those you're closest to!

Aw enjoy!!! That’s season time for them so you’ll be in for a really good holiday!! I think he paid about $360-$400 dollars. However he did buy some golf balls, a token and a golf glove whilst there so I do think it was around 360. It’s a lovely golf course and yes he hired a buggy, clubs and I believe the green fees come in the cost! You can email the golf course prior to going to set up a time and date or even just enquire! They give you free water too which was good! But still take a Stanley or an Amazon dupe and ask the bar at the hotel to fill it with ice and take two waters and use the golf ones to refill (lasted us all day!!) because it gets HOT😹 they were really quick at replying to him when he enquired and booked anyway, and you pay when you arrive there too just incase its called off due to weather on the day I bet. They also picked us up from our hotel and took us back too!☺️

Nope, had no issues. Just don’t wear creams or moisturisers etc on leather bags - I’ve had this issue with a marc jacobs leather tote that I stupidly took on a holiday and the handles got knackered from the suncream🤦🏼♀️ xxx
Really enjoyed your vlogs Emily, we are going to Mexico in 3 weeks time. We aren’t staying in this hotel and have been to Mexico before but we went in November last time. We are only going in July as it’s my big birthday otherwise we would have gone again in November. I’m sorry to hear about your experience and the weather being rubbish, I’m praying it’s not too bad when we go. I remember it raining a couple of times when we went but it only lasted about 10 minutes. I would definitely complain to TUI about things being shut as I agree with you they should have told you. It’s your hard earned money plus you look forward to it for so long too. If you have no excess on your travel insurance you could claim back for Louis’ tablets for his food poisoning (if you kept the receipt). Hope you still had some great memories and don’t let it put you off going back. You looked lovely in your outfits, I love your style X
