the spacing was 250mm, look closely. Some of the stirrups had to be cut to make room for the beams. This client casted the beams (on the walls) before contacting us to do the installation.
@@fastfloorconstructionghana9195 Hi, l see others use prestressed beams in supporting the blocks but you use rods between the blocks. In terms of costs, wouldnt yours be more expensive since those rods needs to be filled with more concrete?
@@blackwoodes2272 we use prestressed beams as well, check the videos. However there are locations where transporting prestressed beams is extremely difficult. the iron rods can be used as alternative. Mind you not all T beams are prestressed, iron rods can be used in place of steel wires. You can read on this, ie rib and block decking system
