Kayli, you are a very special person and take a lot of dedication in your works. So when you hear some voices in your head about negative thinking keep that in mind. You just need to put yourself in a position that connect you with a real world made by God, not just passing through but in fact, being there for real. Not just make for others but to yourself.
Biggest difference for me was going back to sleeping with a braid instead of the tight bun and leave in conditioner and oils. The tension was probably the worst.
I was hoping someone could help me. I do my own full cover tips and this chanel has helped my immensely. One thing I hate is that I ALWAYS chip my nails. I am trying to be careful but somehow I manage to damage them. I've tried several brands. Is there a simple way to reinforce the full cover tips- I'm not very nail savvy so it needs to very easy 🙏
something about hair growth as someone who's studying dermatology rn, hair has 3 stages of growth: anagen, catagen, and telogen. during the first stage hair grows and once it reaches the telogen it falls off. the timing of each stage is limited and different for each individual. the average length the 2-6 years anagen stage can get your hair is 0.3 mm per day or 50cm overall. some people have a 2 yea anagen meaning they can't get their hair to grow past their shoulder length but some may have a 6-year anagen which could give a length about 120cm to the hair. it's totally fine to try to keep your hair healthy so u'll be able to meet your max hair length possible but if u see it's not happening anyways pls keep that in mind, that may be the longest your hair can grow so don't be so obsessed nd worried about it <3
Omg you literally are a big help, I’m so using all the tips u gave about cuticle prep bc I have totally messed up, honestly tysm girlie. I can’t wait to do my homecoming nails soon
@seabreeze4559 Kayli did a good job explaining lots of information and she did point out some methods are variable and tailored to individual needs and preferences. She oils her scalp and she washes often enough as a healthy habit. Where many women go wrong is to saturate their hair & scalp with oil and then not wash it regularly or use a clarifying shampoo. Please re-watch this video. Her information is excellent. I am a BLACK WOMAN with ALL these diet and hair care habits as young as I can remember. The longest I grew my hair was the same length as hers and it was always thick, healthy with a nice sheen and other women constantly touched or tugged in disbelief thinking it was a wig or weave. It wasn't. Thank you Kayli for taking the time to share. Hopefully ppl will believe you, no one ever believed me.
