22 years ago we lost Stuart. 16 December 2001 Honolulu, Hawaii A few miles from where I live.. Best Western Plaza Hotel I was a fan of BC from the beginning.. I was in disbelief..
Fun fact about Husker Du. Bob Mould and the drummer are gay, but they just seem like ordinary straight guys. The drummer however os straight, but he's sporting a really gay S&M mustache. I think they did this on purpose.
Played on two Pete Townshend albums. Including the singles, "Let My Love Open the Door and Rough Boys". The Pretenders - "My City Was Gone" and "Back on the Chain Gang" I agree. Fucking amazing, what a talent...
Someone’s guitar is out of tune on Look Away. It’s a great song . So brilliant you spot these little anomalies . Oh it’s Stuart’s few wrong notes on the solo. First time I’ve ever spotted a mistake. Makes me love him more. Nobody comes as close to him as displaying human vulnerability and emotion . Love this band. So . So much. ⭐️🌞🌎
I find it really interesting that there was some of this hard rocking music which totally sounds like it was from the 90s going on in the 80s which sounds nothing like "80s music" the way pop culture normally defines it. Also punk rock. I wonder what my little mind would have thought if I saw this at the time when I was 10 years old. It would have been such an alien experience to me, only ever having heard highly curated mainstream radio music and top 40 stuff.
To answer the sincere dilemma of the asshole who don't know what to do, inside the song : what about the old torture and apologize if you were wrong ? lol
I saw them at the Hollywood Palladium with my best friends from school. It was the greatest show and the best night I will never forget how happy Stuart looked at the reception they were getting in Los Angeles. I love Steeltown to this day.
I'm not violent at all a Christian in fact.Still I'd love to kick the living piss out that Finish bastard waving his fucking yellow piss stained t shirt
There he goes again - injuring himself in the name of rock. Saw him trip over at Lancaster Uni, Steeltown tour - soldiered on but had apparently broken a couple of ribs.
