There are lots of 'good days to be alive' in Frisco! I live a block off Main Street and cannot be happier with this great town, its people, and perfect Rocky Mountain setting.
It’s because it’s a net loss, they have to get it back into standings, it’s still a lot, a building that belongs to the city, state, and feds can repo the property if it becomes too uncivilized to manage
It's got potential but this home needs millions in UPDATES! it screams 90's and not very well either. It might be a dream home after it is fully taken back to the studs and redone. if it's being passed over, that's the reason why.
It was paradise until all the people from that cesspool called Denver couldn't stand the smell of there own shit so they brought it up here. Really our own fault, our government sold out to all developers and real estate people. People think mining destroys the environment. You should see what a bunch of greedy developers and a county on yje take will do. Anybody thinking of coming to visit or move to Grand or Summit please don't, we don't like you and your money is just fucking the place up. To dude that made this video, if you delete me its cool. I just spent an hour in the Dillon City Market four five things and half of it was spent in line. I was looking for somewhere to rant, your nice video is the first thing I landed on.
I love videos like this and am so glad you have found a place that touches your soul/desire and it happens to include nature and an awesome outdoor environment such as Summit/Breck. The only thing to mention is the longevity studies are kind of accurate but do not account for old people who begin to get unhealthy and move away. Summit % population over 65 is only 3.3% whereas the US average is 17% over 65 yrs old. What often happens in very cold/snowy climates is a percentage of people notice their skin getting thinner (they have a harder time tolerating the extreme cold weather) or their bones get brittle (winter falls in the icy driveway go from bruises to bone breaks). I have a few friends who fall (no pun intended) in that category. With that said I LOVE Summit county. I live in Orlando for about 8-9 months and then get the heck out of here when it is a summer heat/humidity he$$ hole and go to Breckenridge, Park City, Bend, Oregon Coast, etc. You are so lucky to be living in Summit county year round - it is a place that touches your heart and still has a feel of a real town and community unlike some other ski towns that are not too far from it.
@11:10 That's a high-end whole-home electrical surge protector right next to the breaker panel. Thanks for putting the price of the home in the thumbnail, in the video, and in the description. Odd home, nice tour.
SUMMIT COUNTY, Colo. (KKTV/Gray News) - HOA members in Colorado tried to shut down a children’s lemonade stand by calling the sheriff’s office. Wildernest Home Owners Association members called the Summit County Sheriff’s Office complaining about children running an illegal lemonade stand, KKTV reported. The callers said the kids were blocking the road. However, when deputies arrived, they found that the children were not blocking the roadway but did ask them to move back from the road for their safety. Thinking the matter settled, deputies started to move out. But the homeowners came out and began yelling at the children claiming they were on private property. So the deputies came back. The deputies again found no issue with where the kids were selling their lemonade. Deputies determined that the property was shared HOA property and because the children’s parents are part of the HOA they had a right to be there. Shameful people who need to get a life.
I like your tours but can you please stop calling every bedroom another master suite. Any master suite with a tiny walk-in closet and three piece bathroom is not a master suite, but keep up the good job.
