I live in the Gold Coast hinterlands and we were destroyed up here. A hurricane, including a tornado came thru on Christmas days evening. You are right, all of qld wasn't destroyed but a massive portion of SE Qld was from the mountains to the sea, me included. Thanks to all the very hard working boys who were out en-mass, just a couple of days later to clear it all away.. Chalking that one up to the most surreal Christmas ever and hoping it's a memory never experienced again.

I was with the police 😃 I was sooo tired probably said it wrong. Had to go to their department upstairs first to fill out forms just for the cctv room! Nightmare haha! Locals are beautiful in Philippines bless them all! 😀
