Hi, do you use the same idli rice to make dosa as well? If yes, what is the measurement to make crisper dosa? I tried idli rice once, but it looked more white color than brown dosa.
Hi 👋 I use same batter for Idli n Dosa . 4:1 rice n urad Dal n 1/4 th cup of sabudana n Poha. For crispy Dosa use 1 cup of raw rice n 3 cups of Idli rice and 1 cup urad Dal 😊👍
