What should a patient do who can no longer bend over enough to take care of feet and toes? Nail salon or podiatrist? I have compression fractures in my lower back.
I think she could have taken her time and trimmed them a little better, certainly the sanding could have been better. The nails didn’t look that much better, just shorter. Not impressed.

And the kid is diabetic??? You need a lot more than a C&S which probably won't grow anything because of the empiric keflex therapy. You need to follow CBCs AND blood chemistries, and consider an early CT of the foot looking for osteomyelitis. That 2nd abscess didn't come from nowhere! There was a communication somewhere, and those 3 craters were huge.
These women are so annoyed. They don’t even numb up the patient for this? Then make a tiny hole which is more painful when squeezing and pushing super hard on her hematoma…half the time the poor women is just bleeding because the Doc is messing about. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
Interesting I suffer toe tails all. 6:23 toe them but my big toes .I think I have toe nail cancer.its been like thus for years. I do not have a family doctor. I need professional help from dermatologist.

Okay - unless it’s missing from editing - wouldn’t it have been helpful to do a sterile soak of the feet first to soften the nails and dead skin to make it less resistant to it being trimmed of removed?
